The pellet furnace didn't come with clear instructions or something to start the fire easily. Jeff thankfully gave us something from his personal supply to start the fire.

Good location for Jackson Wy. Little far 1.5 hrs Drive for west entrance Yellowstone park. Overall good hotel beautiful place for Teton National park visit clean and very good staff.

My husband said the key was already in the door and he didn’t have to punch in the code (we arrived late) so anyone could have already gotten in our room but everything was fine! I got a little paranoid about the blinds because they didn’t go to the very bottom of the window and I was worried people could see in. I put some clothes in the gap to make sure. Overall our stay was great

This location attracts a lot of travelers that are here with friends and their pets. Very sweet people just hanging outside making food, playing fetch with their dogs, doing yoga, or outdoor games. The staff was very responsive prior to arriving. The room was very spacious, clean, and cute. Wish we could stay a little longer but it was a quick trip.

The views were amazing and the bed was comfortable. We even threw a few horseshoes on the lot

We had a wonderful stay here, we stayed here for a few days as a couple who came to Jackson a few days early from the rest of our crew to get our marriage license and scope things out for our wedding in the Tetons. The lady at the front desk was so amazing and helpful, I wish I could remember her name, her husband greeted us outside every-time he passed us, they were the nicest people. On Wednesday my parents and son got into town pulling a 5th wheel and the staff that evening got them in last minute and for a great deal.

Great location. Easy to find and get into room. Wonderful communication system. I love the free coffee option - definitely the best coffee in the Tetons! The staff and other guests were so friendly - it is a cool community.

Highly recommend! We loved our stay so much we extended it. Beautiful spacious, clean room. Bed was so comfortable. Loved the fireplace. Biz and the rest of the office staff couldn’t have been any nicer, and great at recommending places and things to do. They even rent bear spray! The location was great for visiting Jackson, Grand Teton NP, and exploring Idaho.

Noise from the room next door. Banging and yelling woke me up. Ask for a room away from others if possible.
