My only complaint was that the temperature in our room was set at 62 degrees. We set the temperature higher, but were still freezing most of the time we were there.

The A&M hotel is a lovely facility. We enjoyed it very much.

The hotel is ideally located. It is literally at the front of Kyle Field. The hotel is also just a 2 min walk from Aggie park & the bookstore!

We wanted to pay for our parking with cash and we were told to come back in the morning and they would have cash. Came back in the morning and the clerk did not know how to do a cash transaction. Put it on the card and was taken out of my incidental refund.

Convenient to the event we attended and restaurants nearby.

THE TRAIN!!! The train should be included on the website or a discount should be given to people who have an outside room. Maybe there is a disclaimer and I missed it, but the fact that it goes off at ALL hours of the night and early morning is disturbing for light sleepers.

I enjoyed the location, the layout of the property, the pool, and the on site dinning options.

The restaurant is quite pricey…$50 for a plate of Bbq. Probably the worst ribs I’ve ever had. Would have been a 10 otherwise.

Very clean. Super nice beds. With a location that can’t be beat in College Station!

When they say "check out" is at 11am; THEY MEAN IT.... They actually shut off the TV at 10:45, so if you're watching something, you're out of luck. THEN, they shut down the key cards for the elevators and room at 11am SHARP. So, if you're say, picking up a luggage cart just after finishing up breakfast with your NEWLY GRADUATED AGGIE student (who was the ENTIRE REASON FOR THE STAY) then, you're pretty much SOL unless there's someone else at the elevator with a card that works, or go beg the front desk. Then, housekeeping starts knocking on your door AT 11am SHARP. You tell them you're finishing up packing, they say "ok". Then you get the NEXT door know 5 minutes later. Talk about the "bums rush"..... Everything else was great, but this aspect was quite off-putting. We're NOT children; DON'T TREAT US LIKE CHILDREN after we've spent A LOT OF MONEY to stay with you!!!!

Great hotel. Great amenities. A bit expensive, but if you can catch a good deal, WELL worth the stay. PERFECT location in the heart of Aggieland. Stayed here for our second Aggie's graduation, and it worked out great.
