Little things. Bedside light didn’t work. Maybe it was just me, but I couldn’t get the TV to work.

It was clean, cozy, warmly decorated. If I would have known the area a little better, I would have picked up some groceries because it has a nice kitchen. The location was awesome. Very close to the Aquarium and other attractions. Came with a parking area in a garage pretty much across the street. Stocked with toiletries. Good price for the area

Hooks on the back of the bathroom door would have been nice. But honestly, there was nothing we didn't like.

Location was great. Loved the decor, bed was very comfortable, the many amenities such as snacks, water, and coffee, bathroom toiletries. The security of the building and parking was great. Unit was very clean, I highly recommend this place. The owner was gracious, kind, and very easy to get ahold of if need be. We would definitely come here again.

The Xtra amenities were Great! The host thought of any and everything you could possibly need during your stay. He also has Xtra little touches like snacks, different flavors from light to bold coffee and even a French vanilla creamer. This was the best experience I have had staying anywhere. Great location, great instructions, Great stay.

We found the location very safe and secure, but must admit, the number of homeless camping out on the streets and in the park across the street was a bit unsettling. We would have loved to enjoy an evening stroll through the park, but frankly did not feel comfortable doing so.

Our goal was to visit venues in downtown Atlanta and this location was just what the doctor ordered! So many entertainment and dining options within walking distance, we only wish we had more time to explore more of them!

A little difficult to find the building and find a place to park until I could get in to check in… but once your in, this place changes all of that!!

Location!! Safety!! Everything about this place was absolutely awesome!! Better than staying in a hotel!! I will absolutely be back and plan to stay here again!!

the location was a little sketchy, very dark at night. I would not stay here alone. The refrigerator was not clean had rotten shrimp from previous occupants. the bathroom light went out first night we were there, so we just used a lamp. the garbage can was not clean either. the smell of marijuana in the hall from other tenants was very strong. did not bother us, but may bother others.

the unit was very cozy and quiet! perfect size. the owner was very nice and helpful due to my anxiety over the location. the use of a parking card was awesome. the bed was extremely comfortable for my husband and I. very conveniently located to downtown and a Walgreens across the street.

It is not a room with a view. One cannot open windows. We came during winter from Chicago, and being out, feeling the warm air, was one of the nice things for us in Atlanta. So maybe to us, it means more to be able to open windows and feel the warm air come in, than it would to someone, say from Florida. Having said that, if we visit Atlanata again, we would stay in 4 C's Calvin's Condo.

4 C's Calvin's Condo is the best-stocked place I have been to. You have a headache, no problem - Calvin's Condo has something for that! Forgot your phone charger, no problem, Calvin's Condo has it! Hungry - no problem Calvin's Condo has enough food, TV dinners, etc. By the end, we were trying to find something that they do not have. We discovered it! They do not have European electricity plugs - HOW RUDE!

It was clean, cozy, and stocked with almost anything we needed. It's also within walking distance of plenty resurants and entertainment. Definately will be booking again for our future trips.

Our stay was nothing short of great. Very welcoming and gave at home vibes. Especially, with that bottle of wine awaiting us. You will want for absolutely nothing. Location! Location! Location! Atlanta is our home away from home. We hate just learning about The 4C's, but we definitely won't forget. And, we'll be back. Calvin is very personable and made himself available to us, before, during and after our stay. He's like our favorite cousin now. His energy is everything. Thanks for hosting us.

Our stay was wonderful. The communication was great from start to finish. The condo was within walking distance to the Mercedes Benz Stadium and many other downtown attractions. The entire time we felt safe and taken care of. The condo has so many little extras that made our star even more comfortable, like bottles of water, coffee, and snacks. The free parking was a huge plus for us and the parking garage is very close to the condo. What made our day was when Calvin answered his phone at 9:45 pm after we had already checked out that morning. we had left our car in the parking garage on the day we checked out and purchased a ticket to do so. But we didn’t know we had to keep the ticket with us. When we returned to the garage at 9:45 pm that night to get our car and drive home, the garage doors were shut and we had no way to get our car. In desperation, we called Calvin and not only did he answer, he immediately offered to help and within 10 minutes we had our car and were on the road. Calvin went over and above the call of duty to help us with a huge smile and it made our day. we couldn’t be more grateful for this family and the way they care for their guests. We were so delighted to meet Calvin and we are eager for our next stay!

The stairs to the roof top are very steep but the scenery was breath taken.

I like how secure the building was. We really felt safe. The condo was clean and well stocked with all the amenities. The owner, Calvin was so nice and helpful. It was my bday weekend and left me a complimentary bottle of wine which made me feel very special . Thank you Calvin for making my bday a special one. See you next time.
