Whilst looking modern, the smaller rooms at the front don't match description. There was no dining area and only 1 chair & a desk for a room for 2. Large fridge & cooker impractical for short stays as can't eat in room, and very little to no storage for clothes for long stay. Small bathroom/wet room with vanity sink again not very practical.

The location was central to our needs and very clean & tidy. Virtual check in was ok but if you rent 2 or more rooms, you must ensure to check in and provide details of residents for each room separately. This wasn't very clear when rooms booked under 1 main user.

Bathroom was TINY. As in, no shower curtain at all! Shower water pressure was weak and could not be fixed. No elevator so I had problems as a senior with large suitcases to go all the way up to the 3rd floor.

Location was excellent, close to cafes and restaurants. Our check in and keyless entry worked fine. Daily cleaning and fresh towels every day!

Paper tin walls and very noisy early in the mornings with the cleaning staff who are very loud in the hallways. The place could've use a bit of a deep spring cleaning. For a 2 week stay I was expecting more than 2 toilette paper rolls since they do not refill during the stay. Most of those negatives are very easy fixes and all of that being said I will most likely stay there again on my next visit to San Francisco.

The space, location, backyard, extra extra comfortable bed, the kitchen which is great for kinder stays like mine.

The wall was too thin between rooms; It wasn't enough to block some folks singing at late night (1-3AM), or watching a loud TV show at the early morning (5AM).

Things were clean, and they had every essential appliances (including a laundry). The 24 hr virtual desk was helpful- For the noisy neighbor at late night, the employee responded in a helpful manner (via txt) to switch the room or notify the guests.

Not soundproof, you can perfectly hear the guests in the next door room. The room lacks a wardrobe, it may result small.

The room has a well equipped kitchen, with available dryers and washing machine, really handy for longer stay. It is located in a safe and quite neighbourhood, with several nearby restaurants. Well connected by public transportation.

1. It was dusty with hair in the bathroom and on the bedsheets. 2. You can hear all footsteps & voices. Gets quite annoying in the morning if you get loud guests in other rooms. 3. On our last day the dryer door wouldn’t open so we had to leave our clothes as we would’ve missed our flight. Whomever I spoke to via whatsapp tried to charge us $60 shipping fee which was unreasonable, due to the malfunction of the dryer not being our fault.

The amenities were well thought out: washer dryer/ dishwasher/ fan/ heater/ hairdryer / kitchenware + extra details e.g. Eye mask, ear plugs, laundry & dishwasher tablets, body wash, shampoo & conditioner etc. Also a clean, spacious and safe feeling neighbourhood.

There's no air conditioning. During warm hours I needed to use the portable fan which is in the room, which is not very effective and is also very loud, to the point that it interrupted sleeping. This was the only negative issue there, in my view. Otherwise, I would have been happy to rate the Kasa as 10.

The stay at Kasa the Addison was amazing. The unit is very comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The washer-dryer, dishwasher and all kitchen equipment were very useful. The service given by the virtual front desk was always very efficient, fast and kind. Definitely a place to return to.

I would’ve given a much higher rating, except I had issues with hot water for the shower. I reported it more than once — It was eventually fixed. But it still kept losing temperature and I got fed up with having to report it. It’s too bad — if not for the hot water issue, I’d definitely stay here again!

Location was unbeatable, walking distance to literally everything I needed. Very safe as well.

There is no one on site. Two rooms had to text to get toilet paper and coffee. Initially the other room was told it would be up to 48 hours! There is no AC and the ambient air temperature is set to 72-74. We have no control over how hot it is at night. One room got a fan and the other got a heater. The bathroom is bizarre,but big cities are sometimes like that. The shower sprays onto the sink and surrounding area, so anyone using the toilet will get their feet wet if anyone showered that day.

The kitchen looks recently remodeled and that is nice. Having a code for the lock is fun and helps with not locking ourselves out.

The room was a bit small for all the appliances. The shower could use some curtains at least - the whole bathroom floor gets wet. Also we were a bit unlucky to have quite a loud neighbour during our stay and could hear everything he said during his phone calls.

A wholesome place for a vacation for that price - clean, well-lit, modern, with a comfy bed. The localization is next to a tram stop in a quiet area with Whole Foods nearby. The room had air heater, fan, iron, laundry machine, big fridge and lots of kitchenware. Also it was stocked with cleaning utensils and many clean towels <3. Wifi was working fine and there is a tarace outside as well for a nice breakfast.
