Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No microwave is a downer, and the TV only worked on about 5 channels. Most either didn't work or were very spotty. It also wouldn't let me hook up my logins and services, despite being a "smart" TV, it just kept crashing. Water Pressure in the shower was particularly disappointing, I could barely wash myself off.
Good sized room and has some actual character. Fridge and coffee maker are nice touches, and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was excellent, though the toilet and shower were small. Has a clock! Amazing parking and good access to downtown and westside areas. Waffle house is directly next door. AC is quiet and ice cubes. NOTE: Pool is NOT currently constructed as of May 2025.

The night I stayed, it smelled like sewage. I did not complain because I was so tired and I know this is still under construction.
The room was great. I loved the double shower head and how many pillows were provided. Also the streaming tv was great instead of having to use my streaming device.

Part of the hotel faces the freeway. Expect the background din of traffic, although I was surprised at how quickly I got used to it and wasn't bothered.
My room was clean and modern in ambiance, and the facilities were what I needed and everything worked efficiently. The hotel, which opened two months before my stay, was easy to find and a brief drive from downtown Tucson.

The property is a little loud because of its close proximity to the freeway. There are packets of new earplugs on the nightstand and if the heat/ air is on at all it drowns out the majority of the noise. The rooms could do with a white noise machine or even just simple weather stripping around the windows and doors to help absorb some of the noise.
The room was super clean, the staff amazingly friendly and the location perfect for the reason we visited for the weekend. Parking was adequate and the basic amenities were plenty for a weekend trip. Facilities were newly renovated and super cute! We didn’t use the coffee maker or hair dryer, but they were new and updated as well.

We were lucky to have been able to get a room on the side of the building opposite the freeway. The freeway-side rooms seem like they would be very noisy, but apparently the hotel offers complimentary ear plugs.
Brand new, sparkling clean room and very helpful & friendly staff. We were there for the gem shows and the location was an easy, central location.

The walls are not soundproof at all. You can hear everything your neighbors are saying/ watching, babies crying, etc. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. This means they hear you too! Also, no closets. If you need to hang clothes, there's only hooks on the walls.
Location was in great proximity to the gem shows.

My room smells like mold or something. There’s a heavy bleached smell when I first got there and then as it aired out, it just became stinkier. But the staff was amazing and got us transferred to a new room right away.
