Beautiful design, comfortable bed, great ambiance. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, playing corn hole, dining b the rooftop with live Music and brunch at Rhett restaurant on the premises. We will be back !

Two employees were a bit rude, one serving at the bar and one working valet. The girl at the bar was using obscene language while speaking to another employee and the valet told me that I should've let him know that I was going to request my car so soon to save him a trip. I tipped him anyway to make a point.

Love the amenities, especially the water refill station. We are always purchasing water to bring back to hotels in which we stay, and it's an inconvenience. Also love the warm vanilla fragrance in common areas. Feels like home; the steps right outside the hotel leading to River Street are so convenient and safe!

There was blood on the bathroom wall but I cleaned off with Clorox wipes. One of the lights on the bed was not working.

The hotel lobby is beautiful ❤️I also loved the window seat and hardwood floors. The banana's fosters french toast was phenomenal!!!!

A bit expensive for what it is, that is the only thing I didn't like.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful location, food was wonderful and so was the staff. LOVE the water refill stations and fresh fruit available all day on each floorl.

The drape had been partially pulled down and was left that way by the cleaning staff. We had to tell people at the front desk.

I took my family to stay two nights. I didn’t like the big noise that the doors made every time someone was getting out of their room specially early in the morning. the pool was too small.(I traveled with two teenagers) I guess I didn’t check the size of the pool before I booked the room. the other thing they didn’t explain to me was that the vouchers were to be use in the two days we stayed. The lady at the front desk just handed to us the 2 vouchers and just said you can use it and it’s one per room so we just used one thinking it was one voucher for the two days. only found out that we have one voucher for each day the day we were leaving so came back home with a $30 voucher in my wallet. it was my first time at that hotel so maybe that’s why I didn’t know but staff at the front desk can explain things with more details.

The location was great. we didn’t need to drive because everything was walking distance. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeper was very kind. At the restaurant the staff was friendly.

No closets. Low toilets. Lot of noise from hallways until very late every night.

Loved the water options on the floors. Had drinks and food on rooftop it was very good. Loved use of bicycles.

Water on the 1st floor of the hotel would have been appreciated.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel was in an excellent location near restaurants, shops and sightseeing. Loved the window seat in the room.

In room phone wasn’t working and there was no closet to hang our formal attire, no iron or ironing board. There is a little nook that could be made into a small closet.

The hotel has a cool vibe. Location great and service was especially good. Yolanda was so quick to help me get a hair stylist for a wedding last minute. Pool was nice.

The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The whiskey bar onsite has an impressive selection of whiskey and especially rye. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed it immensely.
