We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe beds, though beautiful and comfortable, are very high and take a bit of effort to get into! The check-in procedure is a bit of a challenge to the technologically immature—but the staff that was on hand to help smoothed the way.
Rooms are modern, stylish, uncluttered, scrupulously clean. Hotel’s excellent location and convenient parking made it easy to find restaurants, coffee shops, cocktail bars within walking distance. The historic details offer a nice contrast to chain hotels.
