Most of the building had a very strange smell--I couldn't even identify what it was. The bed was too soft for me, and the frame was made of metal and made lots of noise whenever I moved in it. I've had worse breakfasts, but this was still pretty limited and grim.

There were really only two good things about the property: the location (perfect for someone on the road and wanting to get back on it quickly) and the price.

My room door wasnt working had to switch rooms. Key card wasnt working so whenver i came back to the room they had to open the door manually. I had to pay a 100.00 deposit for no reason if stay wasnt going to be as good, and i checked out on June 22nd being told that my deposit (100.00) will be refunded but its Wednesday june 25th and still have not gotten deposit back.

What I did like was beds were comfy.

When checked in I was in a rush to get to work. But the restroom wasn't cleaned right the toilet has pee on the back of seat everything was dusty. Couple big roaches and baby red ants on widows which went on to bad from curtain there were no shampoos just a bar of soap. No towels had to get some from other room . There wasn't a phone in room or even coffe maker or ice buckets the basics were missing remote didn't work . They had both emergency exit locked which is unsafe.

The breakfast that was included in the booking was very poor. No bread, Luke warm coffee and not much choice. Staff seemed indifferent.

Floor was not clean. Got black feet after walking on it. We had reserved 3 rooms. In one of the rooms, the tap came off. Towels need replacement. Rug was already stained. Bedding was not clean - stains and didn't look like the bedspread was washed well at all.

Rooms were well organised and beds comfortable. Staff were helpful and nice. All appliances were working well.

The room could use a little more warm light. The floor was a little sticky. The toilet had some poop stains and the bathroom had some small roaches crawling around (one dropped on my foot). The "continental" breakfast was only cereals and milk. The staff were 50/50 with hospitality.

The bed was comfy and the soaps were fragrant. The aesthetic was good if it weren't for the lighting. Internet speed is good. Budget-friendly

The fact that I was made to leave physically because I was sick and I was asked to leave 3 Days To 3 4 days too early. I was told I had the room till the 17th I had to leave on the 12th. I was told I would get my money returned I've heard nothing I don't understand why I had to leave because I was sick once certain elements were eliminated I was so happy I was so comfortable I was finally relaxed and at peace I'm very sick and my body was hurting so bad but I had to leave have 8:30 at night with nowhere to go nobody to call I'm forced to sit outside humiliated to see that when almost gone other people pulled up I walked in like they own the place i. I'm not paying for I only paid for me one person one room one bed I'm hoping booking.com get back to me and return my money that money that I use for that room was the deposit for an apartment and now I lost the apartment I have lost money I am homeless I have to go back to the hospital otherwise the next hotel I'd say that motel 6 8 5 1 0 Pan American freeway 87113 have been exceptional staff has been awesome except in the beginning now my phone is messed up I can't do anything about it but everyone has been very kind and the place is beautiful although it would have been nice to have a refrigerator or microwave just saying anyway thank you for your time and patience and hearing me out stay safe God bless look forward to hearing from you toodles

How incredibly friendly the staff was respectful professional and the property was beautiful to staff works hard to keep it that way not just the building itself but the property around it. Once certain elements were gone the energy outstanding.

They do not pay attention to the people unless you are a friend or specual request added to the account. I called 3 days prior to showing up, and then when i got there, they were not on my reservation. They wanted me to stay in one room and then be transferred to another room for the rest of my stay. Alot of in and out traffic. Didn't feel comfortable at all . People are going in and staying in the parking lot and smoking pills or meth. Too many people who were friends of one of the managers outside cussing and very unprofessional (with the small dogs) and our room keys never worked completely, and we had to keep going down to the counter to get keys reset. Don't stay here, way to SKETCKY!!!

The milk was spoiled (probably left regularly at room temperature without chilling), the cereals were all sugary, and there was absolutely no seating, so we really only ate apples and then found breakfast elsewhere. No yogurt, no healthy cereal, no oatmeal. Also breakfast was only available 7am-9am even though it was a Saturday morning. As for the room, I would have really liked to have at least a few hangers (there were only hooks), and the shower leaked onto the floor and was kind of small. Also when we first got there it smelled a bit musty. The parking had multiple signs warning you parked your vehicle there at your own risk, which made us nervous about crime, but nothing went wrong.

Breakfast was continental as expected. They did have a waffle maker if you like that, and bread, and apples and oranges. Our room was clean, not as noisy as we were afraid of. The hair dryer was in a handy place in the bathroom. The free wifi was simple to access.

The street that it sits on is always busy and its torn up so if and when a semi goes past its very loud.

For breakfast they offered two kinds of cereal, milk, orange or apple juice, and coffee. That was it. It was the absolute minimum they could offer and still advertise that breakfast was included. Also they didn't have an ice machine! What kind of hotel doesn't have an ice machine? At the front desk they said they had only been open a few weeks, and an ice machine was on order.

My room looked like it had been renovated recently, everything looked new.
