There was a bare bones minimum feeling to the room - maybe the towels or soap seemed a bit meagre. The restaurant breakfast was awful - really motel level offerings.

There wasn’t the most basic hotel amenities — no iron, no coffee, no kitchen towels. The room was bare bones, not even a couch pillow, the couch was dirty. It didn’t look as warm/inviting as pictures

The breakfast was only bagels, cereal, apples, and oranges. (I don't eat bagels or cereal) Because I stayed on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, the restaurant was closed day and night.

The location was great! It's was just steps to the beach and was nice, quiet and relaxing.

food and drinks seemed a bit pricey. we went to the pool and there were no pool towels. we inquired 3 times with different staff and never got towels. we had to use small hand towels from the work out room to dry off.

I love the old vintage feel. it was clean and our room was nice and spacious. we stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath with a balcony overlooking the ocean. loved our view! went out for dinner to Dave’s Last Resort and Oyster Bar, great food and was fun sitting outside. another fun location and so close to our hotel.

it looked like the room was not cleaned before our arrival. the floor in the master bedroom was full of send and there was hair in the shower. after one day i wanted to use the oven and there was a dirty plate inside. there was not any dish soap not for the sink dishes and not for the dishwasher, we had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper....and for the price we paid i would expect to have coffee in the room. there was not enough shade at the sea shore, i think they should get 2 more shades for the sea shore and 2 more canopies for the pool.

we did not go to breakfast since the time of the breakfast was very short. the apartment was beautiful, the beds were clean and tidy, the design looks great. the location is amazing and the stuff was very kind and helpful.

The manager, Robert, is amazing. I was double charged (once by Booking.com and once by the hotel) Robert managed to sort this out for which I am greatful as I have a couple of these same problems outstanding with other Booking.com reservations

Pictures on the website have nothing to do with the reality. Building is falling apart and bad smell is everywhere . Room was dirty , TV was old , and the balcony was impossible to describe how dirty it was , pool was dirty and umbrellas were broken , all beach chairs and cabanas were broken, dirty beach towels from the day before were still on the chairs. The lobby looks good but once you leave the lobby, everything looks disgusting and dirty. I had to book two days pass at another hotel in order to enjoy the trip.

They couldn't find our room key and said they upgraded us only to find out they severely downgraded us. A room half the size with broken blinds. Zero privacy and no cleaning. 2 towels for 4 days and no cleaning. I don't even believe the rooms they advertise exist.

Could not shower. Shower had wrong plumbing and did not come on. The Kitchen lights didn't work and there was a very large roach crawling in the kitchen. White cloth furniture had stains. Room is very outdated.
