United StatesWas charged additional 150$ when checking in because they claimed the priced I booked on bookings.com was incorrect they kept saying I was using air bnb which was incorrect I paid 279.08 I believe and they said that I only paid for 2 nights but clearly showed them my confirmation I received after booking. Told me it was going to be another 280$ to stay another two nights but then said they could do 150$ and it was a deal…. Felt very confused but we had no other options as it was bike week and I didn’t know that when I booked back in December of 2024

United StatesIt was dirty around the hotel. Falling apart. Rough crowd hanging around the parking lot and halls. Bedspreads were dirty and stunk. The toilet was actually leaning to the side. The balcony was filthy and looked as if it were going to fall any minute. We didn't even step out on it. The pool was FILTHY and had a sign bolted on it saying closed, and you can tell it had been closed a long time. Even though the website says it was open during my stay. But honestly, with the looks of the place, even if it had been semi clean and open, my child wouldn't have been in it. We needed a cheap place to stay for one night due to my daughter's competition. But as far as using it for a vacation rental, don't do it.
It was right across the street from beach access. The guy at check-in was polite. The air conditioning worked well. The water temperature was nice in the shower.

United StatesWhen I first got there the lobby was locked and no one was there. I called the number and waited 15 minutes outside for her to open the door. Tgen we got to the room and there were beer bottles, a liquor bottle, trash and cigarette butts littered all over the balcony that weren't cleaned up from the last guests. There were cigarette butts in the pool so my kids couldn't even go swimming. There was sand in the room. Burn hole in the sheets. Really dumpy for the price we paid.
It had a sink and stove but we didn't use it. I guess that would be a plus if you wanted to make your own meals.

United StatesFirst room the gave us had a leak in the ceiling and the bed was soaked where it had been leaking from rain. They moved us to a new room. No kitchenette as pictured and described. On the last night there, a huge cockroach ran under the bed when we walked in the room. We grabbed all our things and packed the car. I asked the man in the office to refund one of the 5 nights we paid for. He did not want to talk and was not helpful. Said the owner would be there in the morning if we wanted to come back and talk to him then. We decided to forfeit the money for the last night and just leave. A 6 hour drive home in the middle of the night. And was charged and extra $60. Worst hotel experience ever.
Easy to get to the beach access. Easy parking.

United StatesAbsolutely the most vile disgusting place I have ever been forced to stay for the night. Cockroaches everywhere the floors have literally never been vacuumed or even swept let, alone mopped. Fecal matter on the rear of the toilet seat, The part you sit on. The picture I have attached were brand new hotel slippers when I arrived. (I brought my own.) within 12 hours of arrival they were this color without ever walking outside. Cockroaches literally are everywhere. If it’s not a piece of food on the floor when it’s larger pieces, it’s cockroaches..
The location and the pictures made the place look ok.

United StatesHave to clean the room. Had to go get clean sheets and blankets. Door would not open after four keys were made took 45 minutes to get into the room. When I asked if I could get a different room I was told no. When I went to talk to manager in the morning he was rude yelled at me called me a scam and kicked me off the property when I tried to get 1/2 of a refund and show him pictures. 99% sure there were two prostitutes working in the room next to me.
I like nothing worst experience and if it was refundable I would have left the night I checked in. I have stayed in motels cleaner than this location!
