Had to ask for the sofa bed to open and some extra time there was only one lady giving service and she had really bad attitude every time we requested anything from her.

The internet was pretty slow, serviceable. And there was no easy way to upgrade to the faster internet they offered, I would have to call a support line to get the upgrade. Also they stopped serving Bacon a day after I got there and never brought it out again which sucked.

The whole stay there was amazing. A large room with a dedicated bedroom, a very nice balcony. The pool was perfect and the walk to the beach was short.

It was advertised as pets welcomed, but cats are not allowed. Unfortunately I was not aware of this until I checked in. I had to spend additional money to board my cat elsewhere. I saw dogs in the hotel but no cats. This should be better explained on all marketing materials so people are aware prior to checking in.

The hotel is beautiful, and the location and staff are great. Nice breakfast option downstairs. We stayed in a 1 bdrm with 2 queen beds, small kitchen w/table and nice living room. It was a corner unit on top floor, wonderful view and private. Hotel was about a block from the beach with shops and restaurants all around. You could take a free cart ride into downtown and hit a happy hour and some dinner, or a bar and a band. Beds were comfy. Hotel and pool area were clean and good vibes, would return!

Only issue. Noise from the doors innour room connecting to other rooms. Never had that before. Could hear people on either side.

The sheets had some stains even after they were changed.

Overall a nice and comfortable hotel. Free Breakfast and bottled water in room was very nice. The location is great, walking distance to stores and restaurants as well as down the street from beach.

The bed pillows were horrible, definitely need full size pillow with a little more life to them I had to sleep with 2 just to feel like I was on a pillow. Breakfast also could've been a little better and maybe something different not the same every day. A d the toasters weren't working well.

Wonderful staff. Clean and well cared for. Excellent breakfast included. It's 2 blocks too the beach and many excellent restaurants for all budgets. The town offers free rides by golf carts around town if walking isn't your thing. Bed wasn't comfortable for us. I will stay again

the surprise fee we had checking in as we were not informed they only processed the first night stay of the original purchase when we booked. We also had a friendly pigeon on our balcony that decided to use it as a daily bathroom....

the daily breakfast included was great and the location of the hotel being so close to the beach!

I did call down at one point regarding the shower water being cold even though I left it on and moved it all ways to warm. When I asked the girl in the morning she had no idea how to help. She mentioned there were complaints, but did not seem to have the follow up answer as to the solution. This is something that should’ve been expected of any customer. It was not necessary for her to suggest somebody coming to show me she should’ve known the answer.

I was initially greeted and accommodated by the woman at the Front desk. She was very sweet and professional.

great breakfast with more than you can ask for, starbucks coffee, fabulous pool and hot tub, pool towels are great, enough chairs around the pool, bathroom products were lovely, staff was the best. David at the desk was fabulous and the cleaning staff and breakfast staff were just lovely. kitchen had enough if you wanted to make a small snack. Nespresso machine in the unit was great and coffee was always available.
