The wall thermostat was not synchronized with the unit; you need to adjust the mode and temperature right on the unit. As soon as we figured it out, all was fine.

The location is right off the highway, and there's a nice fire pit seating area. Unfortunately, there was no wood available to make a fire. Check-in was easy, and the room was small but nice, with very good pillows, which is a rare find.

I should have looked at the description, but our room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. I believe they should put those in every room.

The Aurora was nice and clean. The one staff member I met during our stay was respectful and helpful.

It snowed a tiny bit before we got in and the drives were not plowed, so we ended up walking through quite a bit of slush. Additionally, while there was a blow dryer, there was no outlet in the bathroom to use it with and we had to move a dresser to find it. Otherwise it was great though!

The decor is lovely, the mattresses were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the access to the common space and the coffee bar (with snacks!). The barrel sauna was a definite bonus as well. It was easy to access our room, and the check in and check out processes were very simple.

Very clean, tasteful room. Kitchenette was well equipped and we were able To have dinner and breakfast. Great location near cross country (Bear Notch) and downhill Ski areas.

Water pressure in the shower was awful. After a long 6+ hour day of hiking, we wanted showers and the water barely trickled out.

Loved the location and the set up! Room was cute and clean, aside from someone else’s sock and wrapper under the bed.

All interactions between guests and property are through texts. Don’t see host throughout the stay. Guests have to self service themselves to get soaps from storage and shovel snow. The check out time is 10am, but by 9am the driveway is not plowed and door steps are not shoveled. Guests have to shovel snow on their own.

It is a newly renovated motel. Everything in rooms is new and clean. Room is warmer. They provide coffee, water and snacks in living room.

The gas fireplace in our room didn’t work (and no one notified of us about this in advance, even though another option was available when we booked). This was already a downside, and then we lost power, which meant losing all heat sources in December. The shower was TINY!!!!

- The WiFi in our room was extremely unreliable, constantly disconnecting and making it difficult to stay connected. - Water « pressure » was ridiculous, making it very difficult to take a proper shower. - Insufficient storage space, with no shelves or even hooks to hang jackets or other belongings.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The accommodation itself is charming, comfortable, and impeccably clean! Very quiet area and nice outside area. The self check in was easy!

The bathroom was very tiny. Price was maybe a little high.

Location was good. Close enough to North Conway to eat there but away from the busyness. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable. We did not use the pool or sauna so can’t comment on those. Nor the fire pit as it was raining. Seems like it would be a fun place for a family reunion or large group.

Small room, small bathroom. A bit too compact. Could hear the neighbors. There is no table or chair in the room. There is a table and 2 chairs on the porch. Yet, the weather was a challenge

Nothing wrong with the property at all. We unfortunately booked a room with no amenities like a refrigerator or desk. The room was clean but very small. Again, not the fault of anyone but us for choosing the room.

Water pressure is the shower was horrible, water was dripping and make it almost impossible to take shower after a long day of hiking. In our room wi-fi was low, we couldn’t use it. We didn’t have any place in the room to put clothes, no hooks or little dresser, we literally had to leave clothes on the floor, not even chair in the room.

Place is clean and pretty. Beautiful location, close to restaurants and trails. Has two fireplaces, little sauce and pool. Room was comfortable, quiet and very clean. We also got wood for the fireplace for free, unfortunately we didn’t have fire, so was not able to use it, but appreciate place was thinking about guests.

There was a mouse running around my room. My husband saw the hole it went into and plugged it with a cloth. We sent a message to the property and was told someone would come by our room, which never happened. I didn't sleep because I'm terrified of rodents, so the next day I was exhausted during my hike up Mounts Eisenhower and Pierce.

Very nicely decorated. Location was close to great hiking trails.
