It was a bit more expensive than expected and the breakfast (which was very good) was an additional expense.

Great for physically challenged (handicapped) accommodations with plenty of room. We appreciated the package of ear plugs that was in the room for hearing challenges.

The dinner was good, the martini execllant; but the deviled egg appetizers had too much mustard.

Unfortunately, upon checkin, there was a power outage going on in a 3-block radius since the night before. The staff had to escort us into our room, no keys. There were no lights, electricity, hot water, and we had to get ready for a concert without ironing our clothes, taking a shower and I couldn’t curl my hair. The restaurant in the hotel where we had reservations had to be canceled because of the outage. It was a huge inconvenience and we didn’t get to enjoy the hotel because the power came on after our concert and we left early morning. At least the electricity was working late night when we got back and we did sleep in a comfy bed.

We only used the room for one evening. The room was warm, spacious with a comfortable bed, large bathroom and bathrobes. We did not use the restaurant or any facilities. We brought our breakfast from our previous location along with leftovers. We used the Keurig coffee machine for coffee and tea. Upon checkout, hotel personnel were helpful in advising us of a nearby walking path to stroll along the Mississippi River.

The title inside the door by the fridge was very sticky. The handles on the cabinet doors for the fridge were broken. Otherwise everything was excellent. Would definitely recommend

I BOOKED OUR ROOM ONLINE- THE DAY WE WERE ON THE ROAD- and was CHARGED MOREat the hotel than we had been quoted in our confirmation. when asked why- they said it was because we booked through an outside vendor.

I was not impressed on the cleanliness of the bathroom, I felt as tho they hadn’t even fully cleaned the bathroom before we came in, hair and dirt on the floors as well as crusty shower floor, baseboards and corners :/ I am the type to pay attention to the details when it comes to cleaning so this level of cleaning might be acceptable to some, it was just not what I was expecting for the cost of the rooms! However I do understand there is limited time available for cleaning each room, so detailed/ full cleans might not always happen.

The staff were very welcoming and warm! I felt like they were happy to help if I needed anything. The decor and style of the hotel was awesome, felt very fancy!

The customer service I received regarding a complaint I made. The manager I spoke to was not empathic to the situation at all and implied that I was lying.

Breakfast option which I think should have been included with the price wasn’t. it was a good selection and a decent price but they didn’t keep anything filled, the water was empty.

Very nice hotel they kept a lot of old fixtures and everything was well kept.
