$3 for a bottle of water, I booked the option that included breakfast, but no one told us how we were to get it. Then they forgot and charged us for it. The person at the front desk promptly removed the charge.

The parking isn't eady for a female to have to park and walk to the hotel. The valet was expensive, but the best option instead of walking to the hotel from the parking garage.

The bed was a bit too soft and the curtains were not hooked properly I tried to correct it myself by getting on a chair but I couldn't so those need to be replaced.The painters were sloppy there are small paint spatters all over the floor never cleaned off. Shotty job. I had booked 3 days and then added on a day after the first day. I couldn't get back into my room and have my key re-set . Knowing that I was going to be there the full 4 days. I don't know why that reset didn't occur when I first signed in. The inconvenience of having to come all the way back downstairs from the 5th floor and going back up and forth could have been avoided. When I was mentioning this at the front desk the staff could have been more pleasant. Apologetic. Instead she seemed a bit annoyed. I had a an appropriate complaint. Had this happen at other hotels with no issues. The TV could be better, with a better selection, not a clear crisp image. For the price of this hotel these issues shouldn't be evident.

Airconditioning in first room 201 was loud. Switched rooms and next room (302) was excellent. Enjoyed a party on the top floor on Sunday morning. Excellent service and view from up top.

I understand the hotel was under repair during the winter. Looked to be in good shape when we were there!

My sink in the bathroom was broken; the little plunger was sealed shut. The sink was almost full just from washing our hands. Had to use a couple of towels to soak up the water and get some more room!

Walking in, the entrance is gorgeous! It doesn’t look like a typical hotel at all. Definitely elevated decor! The rooftop bar was closed during my stay, but I went to check it out anyway. It’s a beautiful view and the pool looked so nice. Just too cold to use because of the weather! Definitely need a jacuzzi/hot tub added up there!

The shower had no hot water at all. The wait for the one elevator that was working was quite long. Both times I went to the front desk I had to wait quite a bit for staff to come up and the wait to get your car from the valet - the only parking option - was also a bit of a wait. The food options were really limited at the hotel and the pool area on the rooftop is nothing special at all

This hotel is nowhere near Hilton standards and should not be listed as a 4-star property. We booked for five nights but checked out after just one night due to the terrible experience. The furniture looked like it was thrown together from a garage sale or a halfway house—cheap, mismatched, and outdated. The couches even had cheap slipcovers, like something you'd see in a college dorm room. - The in-wall air conditioner was extremely loud, cycling on every 20 minutes all night, making it impossible to sleep. - In-room amenities were far below standard—the coffee machine felt 2-star quality, and the TV remotes didn’t match the TVs, with most buttons not working on either unit. - The bathroom tap literally burst while we were getting ready, flooding the entire bathroom and spilling into the room. We checked out early and were told we could request a refund for the unused nights through Booking.com, but now they’re refusing to issue it. This is not Hilton quality, not 4-star, and absolutely not worth your money. Avoid this place at all costs.
