They have lots of signs about fines for smoking but don’t seem to stop anyone. I am allergic to smoke so was very hopeful it would be enforced. Lucky the people checked out after the first night.

The beach front is awesome. Loved the breakfast being delivered to the room.

Conveniently located, looking out over the Bay. Rooms are spacious. Breakfasts were small, but adequate, conveniently delivered to our room. Wonderful shower! The Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is friendly and hospitable. The facilities are so clean, and they have CO Bigelow products in the bathroom ! Also the beach si right out the back door.

The room on the first floor was a bit chilly and damp, as it was always in shade. As the outdoor temperature was higher, we slept with opened terrace door for warmth and fresher air. Beds seemed too soft, but it is the matter of taste.

Our family had two rooms, non view on the fourth floor and walkout on the first floor. The room on the upper floor was really spacious, modern, bright, and warm. The room on the first floor had an astonishing view and a direct access to the beach. I believe, the room with a balcony would be spotless.

No pool. We had a spa room and the jetted tub was extremely loud. TV was a bit complicated.

Location was great. Beach was nice. Be sure to get lakefront room. (We had road side). Breakfast was done conveniently.

The only thing I would like to see added is a broom and dust pan to the room for quick cleanup of sand. It’s not possible to not get sand in room and it would be nice to just sweep it up ourselves.

The location and the beach was perfect, the walkout room is very convenient for accessing the beach.

I liked the convenience of the breakfast boxes delivered outside your door because we were getting an early start on our activities. The hotel has local ice creams for sale and it’s super easy to use the beach because they provide towels and chairs.

Breakfast. Although they deliver to your room it is a vending machine type meal in my opinion. Did have coffee and hot water for tea available at all times.

We had a room with a balcony and the view was amazing! Would definitely want that again. Nice beach area with towels and floats to use. Room and bathrooms were decent.

Our room smelled very sour/musty (Maybe it was it was the HVAC?). Traffic made it an ordeal to go anywhere.

The room and facilities were very clean. The beach area was also cleaned and dragged in the mornings wth chairs and towels to use. The property had some inflatable floats on site for guests to use and saturday evening music was outside. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Bathroom needed attention, sink was slow to drain, and toilet seat loose. More intensive cleaning needed in bathroom around shower, baseboards and floor.

Location at beachfront, wonderful beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast brought to your room each morning.
