Only complaint is I wish it had an elevator for my husband. Hence carts were not available to get things up to 2nd floor. 1st floor would have been better for me but other than that nice place, pleasant staff!

Our room was behind the laundry room which can be a bit noisy.

Kevon was amazing, so helpful with everything and, I feel, went the extra mile. The location and amenities were awesome. We will be back!

No handicap access button to the front doors made it difficult coming in/out. It would be wonderful to eliminate the step/steps to the landing and pavilion. My mother is in a wheelchair and it would have been nice for her to get a closer look at the beach.

We loved the offering of yoga on the beach, Smore's and the live music. The live music was exceptionally great because not only did the musician have an awesome voice and stage presence, it was nice because we didn't need to go anywhere for entertainment. We liked having a sidewalk to the beach area for a wheelchair. We loved the cooler of moomers ice cream and fresh cookies.

The cleaning staff didn’t take our trash out or bring us new towels unless we asked. Toilet paper either. Need to have a thing on the door to let them know you want them to clean and take out trash and get clean towels

Couldn't ask for better location, right on the bay with a nice beach, multiple options for outdoor seating and even a grilling area. Very clean inside and outside. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We had a room with view to the lake and direct access to the beachfront. I only wish it had been warmer so as to enjoy a swim or a sunbath. The rooms are well kept and maintained. Excellent chocolate-cookies in the evening were freshly prepared by the staff!

A large gap under our door caused too much light to com in. Used a towel to block most the light.

A few spiders here and there, inside and outside the room. I did get a couple of bites.

The hotel has been nicely updated. Clean and spacious room. Nice amenities. The location was perfect. Staff was very helpful and professional.

The A/C in our room had a mind of its own. It seemed to come on when it wanted and cool to whatever temp it chose. This made it difficult to sleep as it often didn’t come on at night and the room would get so warm it would wake me up. I just couldn’t get the room to really cool down at night to sleep. Very frustrating. My husband thought the room seemed noisy-it’s on a main road and you can hear cars, although I didn’t think it was that bad.

Location, location, location! Lots of restaurants/shops/entertainment a short drive, or even walk, away. If you can tear yourself from the beach, that is. Lots of chairs and lounges available-could use a few more umbrellas. Beautiful bay view from the room, which had a nice little balcony. Very comfy beds. Appreciated the room amenities like a fridge with a freezer and nice bathroom toiletries. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate available in the lobby 24 hrs a day, with fresh, baked right there cookies every evening. Friendly staff. I highly recommend staying here.

The pillows could have been a little thicker and softer and the shower head was a little low for someone over 6 foot tall. I had to reach to think about anything to improve, because there were so many positives.

everything was in good repair and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The beach was also ever clean and groomed daily. The view from our room was better than expected.

Breakfast was fine. They let you self order and then delivered a breakfast. The traffic outside was loud because it is a busy street but we’re able to sleep. It was a long walk to anything in town and you had to drive.
