The only issue I had is that the television and the bedroom was not connected

The air conditioning was so loud it was impossible to have it on during the night so it was very hot.

It was close to public transport.

The only thing I didn’t like was the AC unit in the living room did not work and the remote for the living room TV did not have a back and was missing a battery. All things were minor.

Great location and value for the money. Very roomy and owner was very responsive and friendly.

Laundry was in basement.. no biggie we just didn't use because we had to go into the upper apartment space.

We had everything we needed. The host was helpful and responsive.

Pillows were a bit thin

Full kitchen, sepatate bedrooms, couch. It's hard to find a place like that. Air conditioning, easy check in. Service is great - owner is very responsive and understanding.

Minor thing, didn't have face cloths or hand towels No credit was a little challenging but it worked out well in end!

Location was great for our needs!! Four family members, slept, ate and watch TV comfortably( very roomy but better and cheaper than hotel!) Very clean!

The refrigerator and freezer were inoperable. The bedding was aged. You can hear the suite mates when in the kitchen.

The location to Providence is convenient. Cameras provide a sense of security.

It was always a question if we could find a place to park on the street. We were told we could park in the driveway if needed which was nice if available. We did find available street parking each night even if it wasn’t in front or close to the apt. Only one bath towel per person. 2 would have been nice. No washcloths. Only one pack of paper towels which we almost used up to dry dishes as there were no drying dish towels.

Location No traffic noise heard Tenant upstairs was noisy Saturday night but otherwise it was a quiet stay

There’s nothing I didn’t like about it granted it was Pawtucket and it was what I expected but well worth the value way better than a hotel. I would recommend this to anyone. The area is safe and I know it will. I have moved and I was back home and wanted something different before I flew back to Texas. I couldn’t have asked for a nice place.

A bit bohemian but definitely worth going to!! I’ll be a return guest friendly quiet and home like I’ll be reviewing on yelp and google

Horrible experience – avoid this place! The apartment was filthy and smelled awful. We had to buy our own linen just to sleep. Utensils were rusty, and overall hygiene was unacceptable. It was a traumatic experience, and we’re just glad we only stayed one night. Definitely not recommended.

The description says “stylish” and it was far from that. With all the exacting conditions set by the owner, I expected a higher quality of furnishings, but all the furniture, with the exception of the bed, was a random collection of ungainly and mismatched used pieces. The bedrooms were crying out for a vacuuming and airing, and the living room was so dusty I didn’t want to sit there—see the photo of the coffee table below.

It served my purpose as a place to crash during busy Commencement weekend, when the hotels are exorbitantly expensive. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen seemed well-supplied (I didn’t cook or eat there). Check in and out was easy. The bathroom and kitchen were clean.

Place is kind of run down. A/c didn't work well. Celing fan in one bedroom didn't work, in other bedroom was very noisy. Can hear people in apartment above. Bed uncomfortable. Sketchy area, heard what sounded like gunshots around midnight. Nobody in our group had a decent night's sleep. Overall a poor experience and would not recommend.

Check in / check out was quick and easy.
