The man in the front desk reception about 6' tall that was there to check us out, snapped at me when I kindly asked for clarification on the hotel charges. I disliked his tone, it was aggressive and sounded agitated. I told him he did not have to use an attitude with me. Then continued to greet us with "have a great rest of your day." It was a bit off-putting but other than that incident it was a great experience.

Loved there was a shuttle to use! Will was an amazing employee and needs a raise for how hard he works! Front reception desk ladies were great and so kind including all the cleaning staff all throughout the hotel!

The $17 breakfast option was disappointing, to say the least. That’s a steep price for a bagel and cold eggs. We also couldn’t get the shower door to stay shut so we ended up having to clean a wet floor after every shower.

Shuttle service was great - staff was friendly. Clean!

Room wasn't made up one day and breakfast on one day of our stay was chaotic. Had to wait about 10 minutes for cutlery. Normally wouldn't mind but the hotel isn't cheap so one would expect a better standard of service.

Very comfortable room. Good location, not bang in the centre but just an easy 10 minute walk to Riverside and Johnson Square.

I didn't love the location; it seemed unsafe. I had to switch rooms, as my first room was the very first room of the hotel, next to the elevator. The bed looked like someone had been sitting in it. The remote was missing. The phone didn't work. However, the staff relocated me to a different room, and it was much better. I also signed up for hotel option with breakfast included through Booking, and was charged a large fee for breakfast again anyways.

The 2nd hotel room was spacious. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The cost of parking was also steep, especially since the lot was nowhere near full at our visit.

Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was great, sufficient hot and cold options. We had breakfast included in our package, but if one had to pay, (as some did), it was rather expensive.

$20 for self parking at the hotel. Understandable, I guess, since parking in town near by is much more.

The room was large and comfortable. The hotel shuttle (fancy golf cart thing) took us right into town, with a tour on the way along with restaurant recommendations. The location is 2 blocks away from downtown. This made it very affordable and a great location. The breakfast was excellent, including an omlette station.

Came back from walking only to find my luggage that was in my room already in the lobby due to a clerical error. I was supposed to be in room 310 they put me in 324. Then proceeded to tell me someone else was in 310. So ended up in room 317 after all was said and done. The entire time I had to keep going to the desk to get my card key fixed due to they didn't know who was in which room on the 3rd floor.

As advertised “Breakfast Included” well my family of 3 went to breakfast and was told there is a limit of 2 free breakfast and we would need to pay for the third. I was appalled and left. I did not have the energy to debate the fact 3 paid guests in every breakfast free hotel amenity meant all 3 guests qualify for 3 breakfast NOT 2. So be aware of this and although I would have stayed here again in the future this was a major disappointment!

Crisp clean room, comfy bed and pillows in addition to great towels and location for my family’s visit.

The breakfast was okay but very pricey. The grits were fantastic while everything else was mostly good. The pancakes were inedible. The lack of complementary coffee really brought home how expensive the breakfast was.

The shuttle was very handy, the driver knowledgeable and friendly. Most of the time, the room was quiet. It was certainly comfortable. The bar was nice with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Check in and out went smoothly. The property was easy to find.

The lighting in our room was not good at all. The sitting area in the suite did not have any lighting. No table or ceiling lights at all. Hard to sit in the sofa area to read or enjoy happy hour snacks. Not able to enjoy the seating area at all.

Your breakfast buffet at 930 was cleaned out, eggs were burnt, grits- what was left were stuck to the bottom of the container, no bacon, no biscuits. We needed to get on the road and didn't want to wait for however long it would be for them. The purpose of a buffet is to have food there correct?

The room smelled like a previous guest was smoking in it and the cleaning staff were trying to hide it with a scent. I would have asked for another room if i was with my family. The couch and the rug around it were not super clean, but the bathroom and the bed were.

The vibe of the hotel was fantastic, the design of the lobby and common areas, the room too had excellent interior. The bed was quite huge, the room was spacious, bathroom looked recently renovated. It's close to the main strip & riverwalk, but its a far enough (2-4 minutes of walk away) so you don't have to wake up to the sound of a club.

We did not like the fact we had to pay for hotel parking in their lot. The coffee maker in room was hard to use.

Everything was very nice! Our room was great and comfortable! We like how close we were to River Street. Also loved the fact that they offered shuttle service as well. It's great place to eat breakfast as well. The staff was great!

Pillows weren’t great. One night we had super loud neighbors but this was fixed promptly. Elevators are a bit funny too.

Cute hotel, our room had a seating area which we loved. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Overall good location but not centered. Still walkable!
