I was told over the phone that our room was on bottom floor and it was on 2nd floor. My husband has bad knees. The hotel is located in a great spot and overall our trip was good. There was a very grouchy office lady that informed us we were wrong about our room. Like if we were lying about the bottom room. I feel like we got.a good deal on the room and she put us in the worst room possible.

Our room was at the end of the hall way and the outside door kept slamming all night. And staff gathered at that point and was very loud.

The facilities need to be updated. The cleaning of the hallways and stairwells need to be done on a more frequent basis. There was a musty odor when entering the hallways.

The location was better than expected. Several attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. The staff was friendly and professional. It was a fair price for a fair room.

I feel like lighting could be fixed we had a light that didn’t work in our room colors could be modernized. And Pool should be ready.

I liked that it was supper close to the boardwalk and the breakfast was good

We specifically called to get 4 clean towels, and they never brought them. I specifically asked for an accessible room and we were placed in a regular room on the 3rd floor.

Everything was pretty great! Only 2 complaints.

Spa tub did not work. Hair dryer did not work. Moved rooms and spa tub did not work in 2nd room either. Had to walk up the hill to another building for minimal breakfast. Did not off breakfast in our building.

The shower and the whirlpool tub made horrible noises when on. The shower head sits about 5 foot 5 inches. The building we were in is outdated and where the listing stated it was on the strip, our building was not. We had to drive just to get to the front of the property and 76. Also, there was no housekeeping during our stay. My wife had an ear bleed and when we came back from a day out, the pillow case was still on the pillow.

It did have a jacuzzi tub and the breakfast was good

Hotel is the worst. We reserved a handicapped accessible room. Upon checking in there was two hotel buildings. We had to get back in our car and drive to the second building with a wheelchair. The second building only had one handicapped ramp that leads to the second floor. Our hotel room was on the first floor. When had to walk all the way to the end of the hall which was quite a bit distance pushing a wheelchair with all our things. At the end of the building we then took the elevator to the first floor. Once we got to the first floor. We had to walk all the way to the other end of the building just to get into our room. At that point we were tired and frustrated pushing a wheel chair on top of our luggage and all her medical supplies. We finally got into the room. It was hot and didn’t smell fresh and clean at all. The main bedroom lights did not work. We had no blankets on the bed. The bed had stains. The fridge was shut off so we had to wait for it to cool before refrigerating our drinks and food. We requested blankets and he brought us two blankets but the blanket was the size of a twin bed so 3 people having to share two small blankets great fun right? I honestly would have had a better experience at some roach looking motel. I would recommend no one staying here if your visiting Branson! PS! There was only 3 cars at the hotel we were staying at so there was plenty of rooms closer for us but they made us walk to the ends of the earth it seem

The room was dimly lit, old dark carpet with wallpaper peeling off the walls. The hall and entrance to building 2 was dirty and smelled. We spent minimal time in the room and found roaches running around the room in the morning. One was crawling on the headboard and I have a video. The desk clerk did not care and was told about the room condition. He only said, “ok I’ll tell someone but I don’t care cause I’m quittin anyway”

Room 2321 ac’s compressor sounded like a machine gun. Strong order in room. Requested another room to front desk attendant, red headed young lady acted annoyed when I explained problem. Received another room 2323 with same strange musty smell. Ac did work. Elavator in second building didn’t work, front desk attendant wasn’t aware of problem at check-in. We found out after toting luggage up 3 flights of stairs! We told front desk attandent when she brought our new room keys over. I requested this since I’m not able to climb stairs. You could tell she didn’t know the elevator was not operational. Doors were covered in filth on lower two levels for entering building. No signs with instructions were posted to help those not familiar with using a card to access door. Second level door was extremely hard to close manually or will not close without help from patron; could be unintentionally left open for someone to sneak inside into hallway. Safety concern.

Good location, well lit parking area, comfortable beds, good breakfast.

Tight and limited parking right off the Branson main strip. If towing a trailer or larger vehicle, be sure to use side streets to get to the larger parking area behind building 2.

Rooms were clean and well kept.
