Where do I start? The bed was very uncomfortable, no clock on night stand, couch was absolutely disgusting, bathroom floor was extremely filthy. I realize the room was cheap but this place was gross. Also the picture you have online of the room looks nothing like what you get. False Advertisement!

The curb appeal was terrible. The room was not cleaned at all. Only thing that seemed to be done, was fresh bedding. Bed was very creaky and uncomfortable. The rooms were not sound proof by any means. We could hear every little thing from inside our room.

The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, but the floors were not clean. They need to sweep and mop the floor every day. The curtains were old and worn out. Things need to be replaced so that the room looks and feels clean and comfortable. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful Also, I would suggest that the management provide hangers for the the clothes rack.

Basically I didn't like staying at the America's best if I still haven't got my refund for my deposit which I felt like they snuck up on me after I booked my deal

I wasn't really too impressed with anything that was going on at the America's Best they don't even have breakfast they're TVs blink in and out every 30 seconds and I could unplug my tv just so it would turn off so I didn't have to listen to it while I was trying to sleep

The bathroom light was difficult to turn on. The fire alarms went off 5 minutes after checking in. Then a day later it woke me up going off again at midnight for what I imagine was 15 minutes.

The construction, the toilet handle was broke when we got there. Had to have it fixed. Had to get a plug the next day for the bath tub. The internet had to be hooked back up when they came to fix the toilet. They also put drain o stuff in said they would be back. However they just walked back when they came back. The sink was leaking water into the sleeping area every time we used it. The microwave didn't spin so our males took 30 mins to cook when it should of been maybe 5-10 mins to cook. The sheets looked like they just pulled the blankets up. The top blankets had all kinds of burn marks everywhere. We will NEVER stay there again!!!! EVER!

The room was dirty and the light switch on one of the lamps was broken so we had to sleep with the lamp on all night. We booked the hotel last minute, as we were on a long roadtrip. We slept on top of the covers with our puffer jackets on and zipped up lol. It was only $40, so you get what you pay for

The outlets are jammed deep into the walls and hard to access, the tv didn’t work. And they still haven’t sent me or my brother our $50 deposits back. It’s been over a week for my brother and they said they sent it but they clearly didn’t. There was no staff in the lobby when I went to check in and get my keycard, and I had to wait for a half hour for them to come back.

I like the location and that’s about it.

room was dirty and run down. furniture is falling apart. bathbathroom was dirty and has mold. also rusting hardware. toilet didn't flush well. wall/light plugs are so used plugs won't stay in them.not enough parking.

My first room had standing water in the dirty tub. I unstoppered the drain, it drained out but within minutes it came bubbling back up out of the drain until there was 4 inches of dirty water in the tub. It took them almost an hour to figure out what to do which was give us a different room. The 2nd room had multiple light bulbs missing or burned out. It had a very large wad of hair in the bathroom. And the included microwave didn't work. They offered me no sort of compensation for the issues. (And at check in they charged me a $50 deposit that wasn't listed on Booking.com...for a $45 room).

The location was great for what we were there for...4th of July fireworks. From right across the street we could see not only the city display, but 4 or 5 large neighborhood displays as well.
