Our only issue was on the night before we arrived, Branson had a heavy rain which flooded most of the bottom floor. The wind caused water to seep in through the door frames/AC units of the top floors probably because of wind. This caused our tile floor across a lot of the room to be wet upon arrival. We used a towel to clean up the water and did t have any more issues. Staff may have just missed our room since we were early.

Right in the middle of town an easy walking distance to Walmart, several restaurants and different activities.

We were offered front of hotel or back of hotel and told that front of hotel had a beautiful view of the hills. So we accepted the front side and boy, did we regret it. The back side had a beautiful view of the hills also, so that was a moot point but it would have been a much more restful stay. Reason being, the front side is right on the roadway and the traffic noise kept us up till way after midnight. Especially, the idiots using it as a drag strip with their excessively loud cars. The hotels should insist on local PD action but being a resort destination, the city counsel would thwart the notion. Can't jeopardize those tourism $$$'s.

Found the room to be very clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable. Everything worked, toilet, sink, refrigerator. Had great shower and nice towels. Good service at the front desk.

Our room was a little dirty that could of been fixed with just some vacuum of webs, and family killed 2 decent sz spiders, but staff was Amazing OVERALL I WOULD Stay again

Staff could have been trained a little better the lady we had was great but seemed stressed and unsure of what todo. The room was advertised with having access to a pool that was totally dry when we arrived. The shower wasn't cleaned properly. Green soap residue was in multiple areas in the shower.

The staff was friendly, the floors were nice and beds were clean no weird smells. Affordable rooms.

Baseboards were coming off and had holes. The bath was covered in soap scum, I had to wipe down most surface areas. After getting out of the shower my feet turned black because the hard wood was not cleaned properly.

I was newly renovated, the font desk lady was awesome and super sweet.

The floor was vinyl with wood grain. BAD! My slippers were black on the bottom! My daughter's feet were black. No breakfast at all served. They forgot to tell me there was no maid service. We had left, threw all dirty towels in bath tub thinking we would get clean. Came back hot & sweaty needing shower no clean towels. Had to go to front desk for clean towels they gave them to me no problem & more coffee also. I really just wish the floors had been clean clean & been told about no service. We went out for breakfast anyway to SDC & Billy Gail's. OH be careful in tub very slippery no grab bars & no tub mat.

Front desk was great. Smiles, seemed very sweet. Room was a good size. Chair in room was CLEAN, sheets, blankets, & towels looked nearly new. Tub & toilet was clean. Tub was very deep good for soaking. Close to restaurants & Walmart. Had to leave early to get home medical problems at home. They understood totally no problem.
