The facility is out dated. Thats the biggest complaint. However, there is a place for breakfast but there is none. There is a coffee machine but it wasnt very good. That cafe area would make the stay much more enjoyable if there was more then just a commercial caffee machine.

The balcony and the closeness to several fantastic restaurants. Parking was good and I was feeling pretty safe and comfortable.

The pool was not open, but didn't specify that at booking or check in time, until we asked. The jacuzzi in the room was a one person jacuzzi. Way to small for two people to relax comfortably. Not a great value for the price. The bed would sink in, in the middle so it didn't make for a goods nights rest. For a little over $500 for two nights and this being a week birthday getaway...I was not impressed. This was our second time staying here. First time the room and everything else was great. That was about two years ago. Two years later the hotel is run down and over priced.

Had obnoxious neighbors but when I complained the front desk was able to change my room quickly. The top sheet and towels had stains on them.

Right on the boardwalk and close to everything. Very friendly staff and accommodating. Clean except for the sheets and towels.

Staff were kinda rude. All the signs in the room say please call the front desk and we'll give you recommendations on where to eat and things to do so I'm traveling alone a 60 year old woman with a two year old baby I called to ask who delivers food to their hotel Clerk was very rude explain to me he didn't have time to figure out where I was going to eat he didn't know what delivered to his hotel and didn't have no idea. When I booked the reservation I requested a non-smoking room. When I checked in clerk told me several times very rude that if I smoked on the property he would charge my credit card $250 he also then proceeded to tell me I needed to sign that if my guests smoked I would be responsible as well I explained to him we made the two year old quit smoking years ago.

Very dated old. They need to update the online photos it’s very misleading very disappointed only stayed one night went further down the beach to a relatively new hotel for 1/2 the price.

The mattress needs to be changed. There was no curtain to close the door to the deck. This let too much sunlight in, in the early morning & at night it was unnerving to not know if someone was looking in. The coffee pots in rooms need to be updated.!!

I.m starting to realize when I go into a new city that lower numbers mean lower value area. This hotel is below 20th street. I saw several homeless people actively engaged along side pedestrians. One man running with a bag that kept looking back at us and stopping. I do not like the lobby in this hotel at all. It is small and ragged looking. Very tiny too, not a lot of room. The upstairs halls are very narrow though they give you a great view of the city and the beach. The room itself was great. You wouldnt come to this hotel to get comfort and ambience. You come here to get a decent enough room on the beach.It was an ok stay. However, I won't come back here though. The better options are basically the same price and above 21st Street. Also the rating saids 7 but this actually deserves more of a 6 and a half

We LOVED the view. Ocean view. On the boardwalk and near the pier

Room 604 Smelled musty and stale like something had molded in the carpet. Smell was near the nightstand between the beds. The door seems to stick. The coffee in the lobby was ver disappointing. Big very fancy machine but no creamer, not enough cups, only 1 kind of sugar, no hot sleeves to carry coffee back to the room. A box of granola bars would have been nice. The coffee room was clearly the storage room - vacuum, boxes, not working fridge, trash bagels. Felt sloppy and a bit gross.

Customer service was meh!... Felt like when we kept accidentally getting off the elevator on floor one instead of the basement floor so we could access our vehicle, the front desk person seemed snoody- as tho we were bothering him..

The room was beautiful!! We really felt we got a good deal!

Front desk was just ok.. coffee machine downstairs quit working. Room was great.. Jacuzzi great..but the wall of neighboring building blocks the view of moon and sunrise. The view is limited in king w jacuzzi rooms
