Fabulous Victorian setting with beautiful gardens and hospitality to match. Stress just melts away as you arrive. Great area with easy walks to the river or Skinner Butte. Tea, wine, home made treats and a fabulous 2 course breakfast are included.

I couldn't figure out how to use the jacuzzi tub and the drain wouldn't stop fully for a proper bath.

I made a nonrefundable reservation, which I will never do again. I got caught in an Ice storm at home. No roads were open for two days and the power was off and on for three days. I tried to cancel my reservation through Booking.com They would not allow it, so I called the Campbell House Inn. The were really helpful, and told me that they would refund my payment if I could get Booking.com to cancel their fee. Booking.com has not responded to my request. It has been four days.

    The staff was great.

The room was a bit darker than we would have liked (it was in the basement) and the locks didn't really work. However, that was not a huge issue as the neighborhood was very safe.

The breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean and cozy with a very comfortable bed, a large bathroom and plenty of storage. It was located close to downtown and also to the Willamette River.

the tv was finicky, seemed to be a spectrum cable problem.

Check in and greeting was warm and very complete, explanation of services, invite for a glass of wine, schedule breakfast and confirmed diet restrictions. Showed us to the room and around the room. Very personal touch.

I have no complaints about the facility. I do suggest adding beer to your complimentary arrival drink in the dining room

I believe this was my fourth stay at The Campbell House Inn, and I have never had any reason to complain. The rooms are always spotless and well-equipped to support a traveler's needs. The morning meal is always excellent, and the Inn is tolerant of those of us that bring pets along for the trip.

Quaint B&B in the heart of the city. Breakfast was fabulous, the staff friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect near university, Hult Center and many bars and restaurants. In room spa tub was nice.

One electrical outlet in the Pratt room doesn’t hold a plug, which made chasing out phones a little more difficult.

We went to a play at the Hult Center, and walking was the perfect way to get there from the Campbell House. Breakfast was excellent. Thank the chef for us. Your staff were friendly and very helpful. Thanks for having hot chocolate available.

I liked everything, just note this isn’t a business/work place with a gazillion outlets for working away from an office. There may be train noise at night. I brought ear plugs but didn’t use them because the train sounds were so infrequent.

Excellent location near Skinner Butte and a very short walk to restaurants and shops in downtown Eugene. Terrific breakfasts, lovely grounds, kind and accommodating staff, great ventilation, and charming rooms.

It’s football season and so all rooms are overpriced in Eugene. Would think the rooms should be $200 a night but $300 is what the market will best!

Staff is incredible. Rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. Be prepared for old world charm. Bathtubs that you climb into to shower but they have properly placed hand grips to help you. Breakfasts are exquisite with choices. Close walking to lovely restaurants in 5the street market area. Definitely returning.
