Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I did not get breakfast but the hotel definitely looks outdated and old. Not in a charming way. Great space that seemed clean and smelled clean enough so it wasn’t all bad. Staff was kind.

A little updating would bring the hotel to a higher level.
Staff was very friendly. Made sure we knew about complimentary breakfast. Lots of choices. Good food. Room was comfortable.

The TV was older and not connected to the Internet even though it had Ethernet cable capability. The TV remote had option for Netflix and Prime but couldn't be used because no Internet connected to it. The furnishings were clean and fairly well maintained but definitely aging.
The staff were great, hotel was clean, wifi was stable and continental breakfast was decent.

It was dated and parts of it had a musty smell. It just needs updating (carpet, mattresses, etc).
Location was great being close to the college.

The room wasn't ready until 6:30 pm so I was not happy about that.
The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and location to the race track is good.

NEED grab bars installed in tub shower !!!!!! Someone could get bad injured! Sticky bathroom floor, apparently from too much cleaning fluid necessitated move to another room
Very quiet! Nice fresh scrambled eggs/ waffles. Sausage or biscuits:gravy on alternating days,bread bagels fruit cereal juices did NOT like coffee or water TERRI at front desk was very very nice and helpful. Indoor outdoor pool was beautiful though we didn’t use it.

VERY LOW toilet with no hand rail. (If bad knees hard to get up) bathroom floor was sticky so we were moved to different room/-told too muchcleaning fluid used.. rest of room very clean
Reasonable cost. Fresh scrambled eggs good beds quiet. NICE indoor/outdoor pool that had a handicap lift to set u in pool

I was charged for a room and I didn't even stay in that room and had to go to the front desk and talk to the lady about it and she refunded me one of the charges and the other one has not been refunded yet.
The staff was great and friendly and helpful.

I guess the only complaint i could possibly have is that the pool seemed to have a little too much chlorine or something for my youngest daughter who had a minor rash breakout all over her, however she hass slightly sensitive skin and faculties 🥺
The evening staff is absolutely 💯 and wonderfully pleasant 😊 my family and I stay here coming in town to visit family several times a year and this is now the only place we stay. There was a problem with our booking thru booking.com and ended up with a reservation for 2 double rooms instead of 1 double 1 king. The women at the desk happily corrected our situation at no extra cost to us and the rooms were more than satisfactorily clean cozy. Breakfast is more than adequate with hot options like eggs, waffle station, biscuits and gravy, and I believe there is usually sausage. Juices, milk, cereal, bread, bagels, and muffins with all the fixings. This was Sunday morning only this stay for us. We also now have a new puppy with our family and he was welcomed and had plenty of room to walk run and play with him in the field behind the building. My family and I can't wait to come stay again and maybe try one of the presidential suites !!

The TV could be updated to a more modern bigger screen, and the moisture in the room looks like it is causing mold on the window seal. So for $188 for 1 night was a little over priced but a night away with my wife was worth it!
The spa tub was amazing and the room was clean and spacious.

Carlton gave us the lower floor room we requested, also it was quiet. They also gave us an early check in so we didn't have to change in a gas station for our event we were there for.

The staff this time was kind of rude. I dealt with two different staff, a male and a female, and they were just not personable and they acted like I was an inconvenience.

The coffee.
Breakfast was good. Nice Hotel. I like strong coffee. It wasn't. But I am picky. The shower was nice. Water stayed hot.
