Booking said and confirmed early check in! But when I got to the hotel-they didn't honor it at all

I feel the website gave us a higher expectation of the room. I would have liked to not have to pay for and find my own parking, but I get that is is located downtown so that's just how it is.

I enjoyed the lobby area and how a cart was given to us to take our items up to our room without us having to ask.

heater blew all night very loudly. had to ask for service in my room. food options horrible - one of the worst burgers i've ever had at there onsite pub. they charged my cc after i left for additional items. desk person - female who i called did not even apologize. weird empty creepy vibe in the building. my co-workers and i called it the haunted hotel.

My room was suppose to have a tv in the bathroom and it only has 1 microwave for the entire hotel which is ridiculous should have them in the higher price rooms atleast! And one more thing the hallway floors are uneven which is hazardous!

The bed was somewhat hard, the shower made noise (high pitched screeching sound) when you turned it on and it made noise the entire time on. The hallway floors were unleveled. The toilet handle got stuck a few times after flushing. The bar was u fee staffed and the poor bartender was running around like crazy because he was alone after 9 pm. He had to run to the kitchen to pick up food after 9:30 or 10 leaving the bar unattended while he was picking up food. He needs help.

Nice location close to a lot of stuff. The building was cool to look at. The bar was nice. The bartender was great.

Housekeeping NEVER came to our room. We stayed three nights. Maybe we missed an announcement. Sounds weird to say, but bathroom doors were quite dusty. We paid a lot of money to stay here. Some expectations come with the price tag. There was a point where the valets weren’t on top of things. Generally, they were better.

We loved the fact that it was downtown. Easy to walk to our destinations.

Street noise, half mirror in bathroom, no room service

I got the whirlpool king suite and it was great. I live in the city and just wanted a quick quiet day away for my birthday. The room was big and spacious. The bed was to die for it was literally so comfortable I never wanted to get out. The tub was great. Great water pressure. Long enough for me to stretch out and deep. There was a hair in the tub when I first got there which kinda grossed me out but assuming it had been awhile since the tub was used and it wasn't much so I just wiped the tub down myself and enjoyed. Pretty bathroom. I didn't like the small mirror in the bathroom but there is a full size mirror in the room. The windows are dirty and cloudy but I didn't have a great view anyway so I just kept them closed. The hotel itself is quiet but I got woken up several times from the outside street noise and construction. Wish they had room service. It was nice I could request my car by text. The staff was very nice. Definitely coming back.

Booking errors with booking .com had to be sorted out initially and at the end; was not on hotel radar after booking and pricing was off Room etc a bit dated but very large, nice. Noise! Asked for no lockoff!!! ……. Naturally got one with loud blabber mouth behind lockoff door!! Recorded it/her thru my room! Housekeeping heard her loud too; but not half the night like I did! I had to bundle my ears with pillows so I could try to sleep! Ridiculous! She checked out next day but some blabbermouth was there for a while; weird but seemingly not all day. Told desk don’t put anyone there and I think they complied. Meaning: why lockoffs, noise? That for you? People very nice, downstairs bar good. Do not get a room w lockoff if you want silence!

The room was noisy, we could hear everything from the street. It was also smaller than expected, we were only given 2 bottles of water which were $2 each and barely any coffee supplies for the keurig in the room.

We enjoyed the tub, the restaurant down stairs and the overall look to the hotel.

Wish parking were attached. Also, we were on the 7th floor and it was really stuffy up there, despite adjusting the HVAC.

It was fine. The bathroom was a little dusty and dirty and some of the soaps were empty. Good shower pressure though.

Make sure bathrooms is clean. The services of front door valet was poor when we first came. When I met Tod he took very good care of me later that night. I really adore Tod he should be a manager. He went above and beyond.

I did not eat breakfast at the location. The location was great, other activities and business was very close
