The pool was so hot it was uncomfortable and the coffee machine was not good, they need just a regular coffee machine with flavored creamers.

Maintenance working early and woke me up, water shut off for repairs while showering with no advance notice, sink clogged and drained very slowly accumulating toothpaste and soap while trying to use it. Mentioned to front desk who seemed unconcerned

I was made to move rooms mid stay and was overcharged.

The place is clean and nice. Some of the staff were exceptional. The maintenance man Roger was fantastic.

The elevator was very slow, the bathroom sink didn't drain, the trash in our room was left a couple times, and the conditioner wasn't refilled or replaced.

As much as it costs, I didn't expect the hallways to smell like pizza just got delivered. Even for being a king room, there was no microwave. I also had to manually flush the toilet as no person came to fix it when I notified the front, and my stay was 3 days.

The location of this hotel was convenient for the events I attended, which were less than a 15-minute drive in each area. The room I booked was nice. The parking is partially covered for hot days, but it's first come, first serve.

It's an older, cinder block hotel, with a very tiny window in our room, giving the feeling of a cell, with a small bathroom in which the shower curtain bar was improperly installed, such that the curtain would not stay closed. Given all of that, it was much overpriced. Moreover, I will never understand how the Booking.com staff gave this an 8,5 rating, forcing me to seriously question staff ratings in the future.

The staff and the outside homeless people and their street drugs there was a man passed out on the sidewalk behind the hotel later turned out to be an overdose person with the paramedics showed up…

Several issues with property. First room had a horrible tv sound issue. Second room was an upgrade and nice but lights would flicker on periodically even though they were turned off, even in middle of the night. Shower faucet had to be held while pulling up the knob for shower. No ice machine for guests to access. You must go all the way down to front desk.

Restaurant was incredible. Free water and coffee was nice. Staff friendly. Locations great. Jacuzzi nice.

Others across the hall were loud. There was a box of trash left in the hall. No luggage cart. The AC was a little difficult to adjust and keep the room comfortable.
