Staff was awesome

Make sure to have ac on 24/7 dont turn off or it will take forever to cool rooms

Run down Old building and pisspoor landscaping. Not the greatest neighborhood and absolutely zero air conditioning in the hallways outside the rooms that were located in interior hallways. The cement floors need to be severely cleaned and/or redone. Charged a “Resort fee” when there is absolutely nothing Resirt about this property!

Very clean , comfortable, cozy and a great escape.

Would have been nice to have 2 chairs in the room so we both could sit somewhere other than the bed that was too low to sit comfortably.

The restaurant and bar was closed due to the off season but it did not say that on the website or in any emails. We did not find out about that until after were checking in. The pool was not clean, and the bathrooms were falling apart.

Everything! The only way this is a four star hotel is if it’s out of ten stars. It’s dated, our first room had chipped paint all over, rusty drains, stains on the bathtub. The “air conditioner” is really a very old swamp cooler that freezes if it’s set below 72 degrees. There’s no sign telling you that, so when we set ours for 68 and went to bed, we woke up at 1:00 am to an 80 degree room and no way to cool it down. We were moved to the next room, but it shouldn’t have been necessary. The area around the hotel is a mini skid row, with people camped on the sidewalk.

We canceled and didn't wind up staying there and booked another room at a different location. It says hotel and spa butbthe spa was closed. The restaurant was closed aw well. There was homeless outside and in the parking lot. The description on the app does not match the booking. It was really disappointing.

Location was great

No amenities. Couldn’t heat up food anywhere on the property.

The outside looks nice. But compared to the actual rooms and property it was the complete opposite.

The hotel is a bit ran down. The tub had hair hanging from the faucet. The restaurant and bar was closed.

it seemd run down, not well maintained- lots of chipped paint, fixtures not secured to the wall ( lighting, shower head, light above coffee maker
