Liked the cafe in the hotel. Breakfast was good.

When we had dinner there nobody knew anything about the wine list.

We loved the Cloudveil. Beautiful, clean, and nice amenities. We were glad we stayed here instead of in Teton Village - nice to be in town, and the shuttle makes it convenient to get to the mountain (they also have a car service as well). Only negative thing to say is that we didn’t love the restaurant - it was fine, but nothing compared to some of the other restaurants we ate at during our stay. Overall the Cloudveil has become our choice hotel in Jackson.

Location is very good. Modern look..

Room was very small for the price No bottled water even though there is an extra resort charge which we didn’t use. The previous place we stayed was less expensive offered top quality amenities and the room was much larger and beds were more comfortable than this resort. Disappointed for a top quality resort

Facilities were outstanding, staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. Service was great with no detail being missed.

Bath sheets to be provided instead of normal bath towels, makes it feel nicer/more comfortable to relax after a shower.

    Great location

The property was great. I would have given a perfect review if it weren’t for the additional resort usage fee. It was over 100.00 per person. It was not mentioned until we checked in.

Location is literally in the square, decor is high end luxury cabin motif, outdoor hot tub is large and hot and stays open until 9pm, rooftop terrace has breathtaking views, outdoor fire was pretty, walking distance to everything literally, even the snow king mountain. The lobby lounging area is beautiful and cozy and they keep the fireplace going nice and strong. They have board and card games available for families to play in the lobby, Each floor had a complimentary station that was stocked with different types of trail mix, chips, sparkling water, drinking water, energy bars, and coffee all free of charge and unlimited self serve. A homemade ice cream shop was across the street and it was phenomenal.

    I liked everything

The location, hotel decor, Bistro restaurant, and that it was pet friendly

Room service would walk by once in the morning (8am) and if you had a the Do Not Disturb sign on the door they would skip cleaning your room for the entire day. You could also hear everything- guests in the next room talking, the valet parking, and just all the outdoor noise.

Location was perfect, center in the downtown and driving distance to yellowstone (2 hrs) and grand tetons (20 minutes). It's central to get to everywhere you need!
