Lovely rooms and pool area was very cute. Great price as well and the staff were incredibly helpful and despite all assistance being virtual they were incredibly attentive and swift when we needed to move rooms.

The toilet seat was sort of hanging off. The radio didn’t work. The coffee overflowed, but I love this place.

The room was cute and stylish. The bed was super comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. The price was good for the value. Housekeeper was friendly, letting us we could take our time and not rush out. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a first floor unit and you can really hear loud footsteps from the room above.

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed and room was nice and clean. The AC was loud but they do provide ear plugs. Really liked that they had the luggage lockers for use before you could check in your room.

Be aware that there is usually no employee on premises and they do not make up the rooms during your stay. (Sonder website says they are a "new" kind of stay, which I guess means fewer staff.) However, one could pick up extra towels, etc., and communicate by text with someone remote. Maybe not an ideal method for everyone? This should have been disclosed during the booking process.

Cannot fault stay or company. This is an upmarket motel - renovated and presented (fairly) as a hotel

Great retro vibe in keeping with Palm Springs. Clean, well maintained, friendly helpful staff. Good pool - size, temperature and amenities. Fantastically comfortable bed. Great views. The Paperless/App based formula works well.

There was a top up cupboard for all guests to help themselves to fresh towels coffee pods for the room machines, creamer etc but this was often not well stocked . Also the initial set up in each room was not consistent. Eg ours had no coffee pods for the machine so we went out and bought some. Then we realised there were supposed to be some when we saw them in the top-up cupboard. We had no pool towels .Our friends' room had the pool towels and coffee pods but had no bottle cork screw. Ours had that. The hotel has a great french restuarant attached to the hotel. However the hotel's info on its app for places to eat only gave the name of the place . The contact info for it was the Sondar hotel central bookings phone and the web site was also the central Sonder one. Not helpful and not good for the restaurant's business. The hotel was on the outskirts of Palm Springs so a car or can services is needed. Not really a problem for us but if you have a car, parking is only available in the hotel zone and it is expensive

Easy to use, Good auto -check-in and out. Nice pool and hot tub. Rooms good decor and size for the money. A very good restaurant on site, which was a bonus because there is not too many options nearby.

I hate the room I stayed in, number 103. 1. I opened the window next to the hotel's trash. 2. The sound of the cleaning staff outside at the trash was loud every morning. 3. The sound of people walking upstairs was very loud, Especially late at night. 4. One day the lights in my room went out. Which is very annoying. 5. The sink doesn't drain water well.

They were working on the pool for half of our stay so we couldn’t use it. Very disappointing.

The Cole was very good value for being so close to downtown. The facilities were well kept and comfortable. The staff were excellent.

The property emailed and texted me constantly for months ahead of time. I didn’t appreciate the extra check in process of taking photos of my license and selfies. I will no longer book a place with no one on site or that doesn’t accept payment through Booking.

The exterior and room were clean and cheerfully decorated. comfortable bed, great hot and cold water dispenser. good location.

The room was lovely but could have been cleaner. I was also surprised to find carpet in my room. It looked nice but carpet is never clean.... Also the shampoo/conditioner dispenser was totally broken and non functional. The hand rails at the pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting dirty. The Blue covers on the daybeds were in desperate need of washing.

The chairs in the room were disappointing. The surcharges for room cleaning were high. Parking should be free. I could have parked on the streets for free.

The air conditioning was very noisy. It would have been good to have some basic crockery and cutlery to make better use of the provided kitchen facilities.

The room was good, good size, clean and a great bed. The room was not serviced during our stay, but there were replacement towels etc. available on the property. The pool area was simple, but nicely maintained. The pool was a good temperature and the hot-tub was HOT!
