No salt & pepper provided, this should be provided. Also more toilet paper. And 2 rolls of paper towels . The bed is very tall, climbing in is a bit of a challenge if you are older. Furniture is old and worn out in 1001, & 903. 604 was in very good shape.

It had plenty of space for me and my family. Very comfortable. Like a second home. We had a couple of small maintenance ie: door handle issues but they were immediately taken care of. Absolutely would recommend the Colony to anyone and will be staying there again myself. Clean well stocked excellent location. Check in check out easy. Security on premises. Quiet .

If I had any issue at all, it was with the light in the bathrooms. I wish you could turn the light on without turning the fan on as well.

Wonderful condo! Everything was just beautiful. Right on the beach. Had a pool. Every kitchen gadget was available. Super clean. The security guard (Shannon, I believe was her name) is the best!!! She knows everything about the area and is always happy to help. Always has a smile on her face. Please consider giving this lady a bonus!!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay. I had reserved a three-night stay. Everything went well on Thursday and Friday, but on Saturday, I received a call from the office informing me that I had to vacate my unit because the owner would be arriving that day. I was also told that I needed to pay a $300 deposit for potential damages — something that should have been requested at the time I made the reservation. Around noon on Saturday, I was contacted again and told I had just one hour to move all my belongings to another unit, even though we were already at the beach. The replacement unit was nothing like the one I had booked: there were cockroaches, only one bedroom had an ocean view, and the pillows and cushions had a terrible odor, as if pets had slept on them. Even more concerning, a maintenance staff member entered the unit while my two minor daughters were alone inside. After this incident, I noticed that money was missing from my wallet. The staff member claimed to be there to fix a bathroom issue, but there was no visible leak or problem. I immediately reported the missing money to the office, and I was simply told that nothing could be done because there were no security cameras in the hallway. That was the only response I received. This experience was extremely upsetting, and I will never return to or recommend this hotel to anyone.

At the beginning everything was fine. The unit was clean the staff from the front desk was very nice.

The COCKAROCHES! The staff tried telling us they were water bugs. However they were everywhere. In the cabinets, under the sink, and crawling out from under the refrigerator. Also the TVs were tiny, almost laughable. In the living room there were two TVs and neither worked, nor did the one in the master bedroom. The staff was quick to address the issue when brought to their attention.

The location was great, and the beds were super comfortable.

A piece of the kitchen cabinet fell off and horribly injured my foot with zero compensation except filling out a report, the hot water heater wasn’t working and had to be maintenanced by the 2nd day, the pool was only 5ft deep and small & they do not offer extra supplies like dishwasher pods. Our car parking spot was directly under all balconies and the pool so our car constantly had filth and salt water poured on it. Women’s sauna did not heat the one time we tried it. Handheld sprayer in master bath did not work.

The staff was friendly, security is great, the rooms were clean, location was great, beds were soft, views were great, washer and dryer was a plus, grills available and sauna option.

Parking was difficult for a full size pickup truck. But a the staff and a resident gladly switched spots to accommodate.

Checking in after hours was a bit confusing, but it worked out fine.

I really liked that it was sat up like an apartment, we had a kitchen, and two bedrooms, once we were inside and does were closed, we could not hear anything around us. We had a beautiful view of the beach, the ocean, from the living room and both bedrooms, it was perfect. And the washer dryer in the unit sealed the deal.

The unit we stayed was old. One of the bathtub had draining issue. The management took care of the problem after I told them. Two out of four stove top burners were not working. Bring your own soap and shampoos. The tiny one they provide will not last a day. The management office will not give you any extra. Some units were under repair, there were repair noises throughout our stay.

It's a waterfront property. I was able to view the sunrise from the balcony. The unit was very roomy and comfortable. The staff are friendly.

Although the Colony is a good location, The location of our condo was not so good. We were on the second floor. The pool and pool deck were also on the second floor right in front of our balcony so we could not sit on the balcony and just enjoy a nice relaxing view of the beach. I always prefer higher than the 2nd floor but we were not told ahead of time which floor we would be staying on. Also the bathroom sink did not drain well. We had to lift the stopper up for the water to drain. Not enough free parking.

The location of The Colony is good. The rooms are spacious and I like that the kitchen is separated from the living room but yet there is still an opening to communicate. Everything was clean.
