No fan in bathroom. We had to have staff replace light in bathroom. TV was hard to use due to a ROKU remote that we knew little to nothing about.

Bathroom and shower were terrible. Mold all over the ceiling and plumbing leaked. Rest of room seamed to be updated but the bathroom was awful.

There was not a coffee pot or ice bucket or cups in the room. Those items are usually included but this one didn't have those.

We liked the rate of the room. It was easy access and it was clean. Not a lot of noise and close to restaurants etc. The TV worked great and for the most part was a good experience.

The room is not represented factually by the pictures display for this property. Bathroom area needs some major upgrades and repairs. No coffee in the room.

The clerk wasn’t very nice nor accommodating. Had a cock roach in our room. We asked for a blanket and was told that they didn’t have one. There was a guy staying there that was on drugs and kept approaching us to bum cigarettes and just acting strung out.

one of the lights in the bedroom table side kept flickering so we turned it off but other than that it was clean and comfy and the bathroom was huge.

the staff was amazing and it was close enough to walk to shopping and food. i even forgot something and went back and the cleaning lady had already been there and was a few doors down and had clean and left my item on the table with the door open so i could return to get it. super thoughtful and i will for sure be back!!!

The room did not have a coffee maker. And there was no coffee of tea in the lobby. The microwave did not work so we could not even heat up water. The bed was horrible.

The staff was very friendly and nice.

refused to let us talk to anyone else when they couldn't see our reservation and refused to help. laker inn employees also refused to speak up when I informed them I have hearing difficulties and my partner who has no hearing difficulties had trouble hearing them

NOT as pictured on booking.com! Old mattresses pulled up around outside. Never saw the employees except when checking in! Room was barren with dirty chair and horrible paint job. Non refundable on purpose! So overpriced!

Bed bugs and when informed staff got yelled at also friend booked a room over the phone with debit card only placed used his card for the weekend and card was fraudulenty used how convenient was that so lesson learned

It was unkept, very dirty, bed sheets and comforter were stained or soiled, towels were stained or soiled. Wires in bathroom were exposed in ceiling. We brought cleaning supplies and wiped down the entire places before bringing in our belongings. I stripped the bed and brought bed sheets, pillows and towels from our home. The bed was hard as a rock but it served the purpose for one night.

Location was great for our need.

The entire place is ran down, does not look anything like the images used for this listing, and there has been no attempt to fix any of their issues through the years, and its obvious. Round front toilet seats on elongated toilets. Shower rod half hung with no liner in it. Holes in walls, no smoke detectors, bathroom vents don't work, mold on ceilings/walls, snakes in rooms, beds look like they went through the great flood... If I could leave a negative star rating I would.. Ashtrays in "non-smoking" rooms. Microwave knobs missing so you can't use them.. Fridge leaking water in the floor... I could go on and on..

Only thing that was likable about this place is the location, and its accessibility.
