Great location. It is right across from the police station, so I felt very safe, even alone. They have a well-stocked kitchen with most anything you could need for preparing a meal. Exceptional property and a really reasonable price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will stay here again if in the Lafayette area.

All the appliances worked! The kitchen and bathroom exhausts do a good job clearing the air when needed. We appreciate the extensive lighting as opposed to most hotel rooms. The many lamps allowed us to tone it down when needed. We find ourselves on the comfy firm couch longer than expected. The 1-bdrm came with a handy portable fan, stepstool, and good knives. Generous counter space, shelving and table tops make the space very usable.

The lighting is a bit intense and bright, in both the bedrooms and kitchen/living room. Could use softer/warmer lights or even dimmable lights, to offset the intensity and brightness.

Great location in the downtown area of Lafayette, that included our own parking space/lot. Easy walk to local shops, restaurants and the main street. Traveling with a group of 4, the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for us. Loved that each room had our own full bathroom/showers. The beds were also quite comfortable. Even though we did not cook, the kitchen was well equipped too. Everyone appreciated the coffee, well decorated space and comfortable amenities. If we were to find ourselves back in Lafayette, we would stay here again.

What a clean and comfortable flat in Lafayette! The location was great and easy to find and access. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. We plan to come back next year, and would definitely stay here again.

Acdiana Rental Properties just needs a local property manager.

My stay was continuation from the previous nights! Checkout was easy and simple. The property was also patient with helping me get my reservation.

I liked everything, however the property manager for Acadiana Rentals is all the way in the Netherlands, which I know that’s where booking.com is. I think they would benefit from a local property manager so that they could see what’s going on at a local level. They would be able to have eyes and ears where they are not, to better facilitate their business but as well as assisting their customers.

EVERY SINGLE THING! From the ease of getting access to the building to all of the help I received accommodating my stay. The tray was reasonably priced for what you received. Everything was CLEAN and ORGANIZED! The kitchen had all of the amenities of a real home kitchen. It was located in the middle of downtown Lafayette, so many things were walking distance or easy to get to. Because the space doesn’t appear to look like a residence, it makes the perfect place to be out of the way but still in the mix of the culture of the city. My experience here had been every bit of amazing! I hope to be able to stay again, when visiting! AcadianaRentalProperties has many properties and I visited several others while checking out the area. They have some spectacular properties listed and hopefully they expand to more!

We would have loved a slightly bigger and more comfortable couch. Really, other than that everything was perfect but that little couch just wasn't amazing for relaxing on after a long day.

The location was wonderful as was the kitchen and the game room!

The furniture is too small for lounging or for men and people who'd like to watch a movie together . This is a rather odd trend. The linens in our unit smelled of pets and pet urine. We suggest replacement. We had to wash the sheets upon arrival. But we truly loved the stay.

We love this spot for EVERY time we are in Lafayette. The location is excellent, easy check in, good parking. We feel at home and safe. Second stay and more to come!

This may be a bit complain-y, which is not intended, but the furniture in the apartment felt a little downmarket compared to the actual quality of the building. A two seater couch in the lounge would have made the place feel a lot more welcoming.

Check in was easy at this property and it is well located, clean and modern.

I love how it is decorated and the ease of getting in and out. The location is perfect. There was an art walk I could walk to and endless restaurants. I will definitely go back.

I initially thought the game room would be in our apartment, the boys enjoyed it, and we felt safe leaving our door open to watch them while they played. The other guests staying over the weekend were friendly and kind.

We enjoyed everything about our stay! Retrieving the keys and accessing the apartment was super easy. The hosts were awesome with communication and providing instructions for a successful stay. The office building, redesigned into apartments with exposed brick and concrete floors, gave the room a modern and comfortable feel. The kitchen area was perfect for our family to enjoy dinner and homemade breakfast. The decor was very detailed and beautiful. Our three boys loved playing in the game room located at the front of the building. The outdoor area was perfect for late-night adult conversations. We definitely will stay at this location again.

The toilet seat was loose in the smaller bedroom. There was only seating for two in the lounge area, although you could use the kitchen bench seats but they're quite hard. The cupboards are very high I'm over 6 foot but still had to stretch to reach the glasses.

The location was excellent. It's a nice modern apartment and the self check-in was good. The utensils were all modern and clean. The parking is also good and felt secure.
