Amazing location, so close to everything. I loved all the amenities of this hotel including unlimited free tea and coffee at the rooftop and the jacuzzi/spa. The staff were incredibly friendly and had great recommendations! The rooms were so spacious especially for just 2 people, it can easily fit 3 people or 4 people even. I’d love to stay here again

We paid valet parking $50 a day but gave a discount- it is worth it for security.

Updated room with comfy bed, nice shower, kitchen for convenience. Although downtown, bit of noise but I have trouble sleeping in general and it was pretty quiet. Nice A/C. Staff all friendly and accomodating. Restaurant was also nice with good food.

Even there is a parking lot in the hotel, the price for guests is the same as for non guests. We understand the situation with parking in SF, but still think, that it could be discounted for guests of the hotel. The hotel borders with the begging of Tenderloin district, could be seen many homeless people on the neighbour streets.

Window didn’t seal shut, so got extra road noise. The basin plug didn’t seal do basin didn’t hold water. Two bolts were missing from sofa bed. so dipped at your feet.

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfy beds and spacious room. Plates, cups, bowls and cutlery supplied, which was very useful.

we work remotely and the internet was unstable. we complained and were told that there was an issue with the internet in the area, not only at this property. we had to purchase a wifi hotspot so we could do our work and the management waived one night. overall we are pleased with the outcome.

the property is very central and we could walk to most places of interest. the bed is large and comfy.

The hotel is globally a bit old fashioned - I expected more modern facilities and prettier lobby / reception area given the standard and the price.

The hotel is perfectly located to explore the city! The room as big enough - with some views. The bed was VERY comfortable! We also enjoyed the club at the top of the building and the rooftop with free tea and coffee available all day. They also have a game room on the ground floor (which we unfortunately were not told about until we checked out!).

The hard sell for the vacation package. We did not attend the sessions as we travel very differently and already have a time share.

The very spacious room with microwave & fridge, plenty of room for the 3 of us. Liked the roof top club and good coffee and tea up there.

I felt a bit claustrophobic in the bathroom and the hairdryer cord was too short

the room was spacious and clean, the kids area was a bonus I didn’t know about and kids loved it. Staff were super nice and helpful too.

Poor window quality, bad for thermal quality and bad for sound insulation. Was very loud in the room. Better black out window shades would be helpful too. Wished there was a restaurant at least for breakfast.

Good sized room and reasonably clean. Bed was comfortable, location of hotel nice in Union Square.
