Drop-in to Madison with Adult Kids from California
    • Leisure trip
    • Family with young children
    • Two Bedroom Suite - Queen/Queen
    • Stayed 2 nights

Difficulty in securing a parking space in advance though requested, lack of seating for 4 pp (as reserved) in living room, severe lack of surfaces and drawers in the bathroom, lack of places to hang clothes, bedroom without a closet or window, precarious towel rack threatening to be broken, bizarre coffee - though delicious, required use of extra plates and made a mess with small cups provided, tables are weird metal that make a lot of noise, lack of mirrors in rooms

new, clean, location, cool, washer/dryer and full kitchen included is super nice, windows open for fresh air, nice serveware/plates and dishes were cool. Fit and finish is lovely.

A little tricky to figure out the code and buttons but eventually got it squared away.

Huge room; full size appliances. Helpful staff in lobby happened to be there when I stoped by. Gave us a great tour of the place.

We had a little trouble with the door code but once they reset it we were able to get in and out without a problem.

Such an inviting and beautiful hotel. The lobby was beautiful and had a nice coffee machine. Outdoor patio adjacent was cute as well. The rooms are comfortable and have so many amenities. The location was really nice, we walked to a restaurant and then along the lake. We loved our stay!

Nice little gym, but could be signposted a little better (explored the whole hotel looking for it!) No admin staff on-site, but quick to respond over messages.

Lobby and room were absolutely beautiful, with a Japandi interior design that made for a great environment to stay in. Complementary coffee bar in the lobby was a really welcome touch—delicious coffee of different types/strengths with all the needed bits for takeout. Comfortable bed, beautiful kitchen, spacious and modern bathroom, and very practical with washer/dryer in the room. Wonderful to have an on-site gym, which was small but clean, versatile and well-equipped for the space with a free water dispenser. After checking out, the staff also agreed to send along an item we'd forgotten to a hotel across the country, which we appreciated. All in all, impeccable and modern hotel which I highly recommend!

We loved everything! One minor suggestion would be to keep the patio lights on until midnight.

It’s a very well-maintained place with exceptional ease of access. The studio unit we stayed in was self sufficient, with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry dryer machine.

Walls were thin and the rooms need to have a water filter - the tap water was not good. It looked like there was a filter at one point in our room that had broken off. It was also odd not having staff at the hotel, though it was easy to get in/out with door codes. It felt a little soulless and corporate, but it worked as a home base while spending the weekend in Madison.

Nice basic, clean room in a great location - very accessible to downtown Madison. Bed was comfortable and the room felt clean. I really appreciated having a full kitchen (fridge, freezer, stove, hotpot, dishwasher). Rooms also include a washer/dryer, which was a nice touch too. Very affordable too compared to other hotels/airbnbs in Madison.

The people who were staying below us kept complaining that we were too loud. Personally, I think we just walk heavy and found it sad that a new build had such thin floors.

    We didn't have breakfast

When we arrived we realised it was a self check in with a code. I then realised I had never received one and it took us an hour and a half to get hold of someone who worked at the hotel to sort out the issue. We emailed / WhatsApp etc and weren’t getting a Response. When eventually someone answered the phone they said I most likely didn’t receive the code because I had an international number, so we weren’t too impressed by that. It was a shame, because the actual hotel was really perfect.

The room was more like an apartment as it had a kitchen and also a washing machine in the bathroom which was great. Everything was brand new and clean. The bedroom was very comfortable and nicely designed.

The sinks splash water on you when you then them all the way on. Also, there are no bug nets when you sit out on the patio.

It was very clean, neat, and aesthetically appealing while also being centrally located and affordable.

The Dylin took a swipe of my credit card to pre-authorise any expenditure. 5 days later I haven't received confirmation that this has been returned to me.

The pet fee is outrageously high and the tax it with room tax!! $100 a pet is too much for one night with 4pm check in and 11am check out.

Everything was clean, modern, quiet, beautiful design.
