The restaurant was slow and not very good service for only two tables. There is a strong sewer smell out by pool and in parking lot by the pool, our shower leaked on bathroom floor.

I absolutely loved the Decor style and location . This hotel was comfortable and boho beautiful! The bathroom set up, lighting and style were exceptional!

The only complaints are very minor and most likely would have been addressed if we asked, as the staff was very attentive and friendly. The pillows were not great and in hindsight I wish we would have requested a second floor room.

The location was excellent for our needs. Everything was extremely clean and well taken care of. The pool area is fantastic, and the fitness area is exactly what we needed for a few days.

The pool was amazing. The music was great, and the volume did not fluctuate. The bar staff has to be voted best in the industry. Mary, in housekeeping kept #264 happy place during my stay.

This hotel is everything you hope for when being away from home. If I was being picky, I wish the coffee maker was better quality and there were flavored creamers.

My only problem was there seemed to be no staff to direct guests at breakfast time. We usually just sat down and waited about 5-10 for someone to come around with menus. Either way once greeted the staff was lovely and we were served quickly. We had two breakfasts there and all the food was tasty. I especially liked the avocado toast board.

The common areas were all very nice. The pool had a lovely lounging area and lots of seating. The bar had a great drink menu and was a nice place to hang out after a long day. Rooms were clean and very well designed.

I requested him on the upper level. However, when we arrived, we were told that the upper arms were being cleaned. The room we were placed in had a view of a wall.

Bed was too soft. My key did not work once and I had to walk all the way back down to the lobby to get a new one.

We had a room w a balcony. There was standing water on the balcony when we arrived. There was enough water that we were tracking it into the room. This should have been swept off prior to our arrival. We were disappointed early morning coffee wasn't available. We did have a sm coffee thing in our room but the cream was bad. We definitely would have preferred coffee available in the lobby area. We weren't happy with breakfast. The food was fine but the server lacked attentiveness. We had to request coffee refills and then it took a second request for it to be poured. We also couldn't help but notice our breakfast dishes were left on the table for too long. We went back up to our room and got ready for the day, when we came back down, the dishes were still there.

The decor of the hotel was lovely. The beds were really comfortable.

The staff were surly and our tv did not work. We waited 4 hours before maintenance arrived. We made several calls before he came to reconnect from the back of the set. No apology or anything. Bad weather kept us in and couldn’t use the pools.

No soup in the room for the whole stay. Restaurant misplaced my order twice, and charged for it. Most importantly, the rooms don’t have a small desk to work or place a laptop on. I had to improvise using the iron board to work.
