I was charged a $1000 deposit unexpectedly & when I booked it, I was told I would be charged up to a $200 deposit since I paid in advance. I only paid $200 last year when I stayed there. I asked in advance to be placed on the highest floor possible & was actually placed on a lower floor than I had last year when I stayed there. I had to ask for face towels & towels when I arrived because each bathroom only had one each. Last year was a lot better when we stayed there.

I love the location & all the things that there is to do & the atmosphere it excellent & exciting. I love sitting in the lounge/ lobby. Manual is excellent at everything he does & always makes us feel at home & he has an amazing & excellent personality. I also love how close the shopping & restaurants are in walking distance.

The only thing I didn’t LOVE was the in lobby staff. All of the gentlemen holding doors, escorting, were very kind and friendly. At the front desk, the girl talked so fast giving us instructions. It’s very hard to understand clearly. You can tell she’s been here awhile and just doesn’t care to throughly explain. We had 0 idea what to do with our key cards as they are very different compared to a normal hotel. Although, I’m glad they had another person at the desk by the elevator request. I also didn’t like how this property states they have free parking access when booking and they don’t. They only offer valet parking, you have to park off the property otherwise.

The property is beautiful. They have amazing amenities that come with the room. Some of our favorites being the beach side access, morning workouts with an instructor, and the Pool and Hot tub. The view from our room was perfect and just what we were looking for. Everything was very clean and housekeeping was great. They provided me with my few requests- quick too! This place is a hot spot for sure, a little restaurant/ bar, along with a terrace bar that was busy most nights. The hotel design and decor is intriguing as well, luxurious for sure! Our room was beautiful and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here.

Booking stated a $200 deposit. Upon arrival, it was $200 per night! Too pricey. There is no need for $200/night.

The layout of the room was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. The location was prime. It is directly across from Bayside, which has entertainment, food, and shopping in a super short walk. Staff was friendly!

Rooms were highly variable. Had 2 rooms. 2105 was wonderful. Very nicely appointed and decorated, with marvelous view. 2115 was less than amazing. Odd shaped room(s), with an odd and unsettling lack of wall decoration. Left you with the cold feeling that you were in low budget motel, albeit one with a nice side view from balcony.

We had an amazing stay at the Elser Hotel! First of all let me mention how warm and pleasant our welcome was which we received firstly from Manuel Gonzalez who helped us with our Baggage and then at the reception from Jennifer!:) Jennifer helped us to find the great room for our family and throughout our stay she asked us if we are satisfied and made sure we are 100 % comfortable!:D Let me mention my thoughts about the room. The rooms were spacious and clean and perfect for our family we had a 3 Bedroom(also with 3 bathrooms 😱😂) apartment the rooms were modern- luxurious designed and also with a kitchen and all we needed for the kids. The view was amazing we had a sea and city view the full Miami experience! The pool and gym area was great too and one of the best I have been too in all of my Miami stays especially the staff was very attentive and friendly! The Beach was around 15 minutes away with Uber and the Elser Hotel offers access to a beach club in south beach which was very much appreciated by us!:D All in all this was my best Miami stay if you’re looking for a large apartment or a smaller one the Elser has it all😂💪 and I will definitely come back! Solid 10 /10!🙌

Loved!!!! This property!! The comfort, the bed and linen was the most comfy ever!! Cleanliness the view the whole set up. To have a full kitchen washer/dryer balcony we were super happy. Staff was amazing location was great!!

The room had everything we needed, we wished we could have stayed for a few days, but we only had one night before our cruise, the location is very good, 5 min from the port and 2 min walk from Biscayne market place. Very clean and amazing pool with ocean view.

I went with my son, who wanted to watch TV and we had no remote in our room. I had to ask for one 3 different times throughout the day and evening until I finally received one. It was very annoying. It also gets way too crowded in the lobby for customers who are coming and going.

The Elser Hotel is in a great location, across from Bayside, with restaurants, stores and entertainment and about 5 minutes from the cruise port. You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

I did not care for the parking situation. Having to valet…there was public parking somewhere around one of the valet guys said but I didn’t look into it. The area was very very busy, I wouldn’t have wanted to walk a great distance from my car to the hotel. The price for valet was steep as well at $75/night! That was ridiculous. I also did not like the incidentals fee of $200 PER NIGHT!! Not per stay, PER NIGHT!

The property was very nice, clean, modern. All common areas were very clean and upscale looking. The pool area was very nice. The bay view was great.

The check in was longer than necessary but not too bad. The prices of drinks in the room where pretty expensive.

We loved the pool and great views from floor 32. We had a late flight the day we checked out and the staff let us keep the key to use the pool for the day and also looked after our luggage, this was much appreciated. The rooms were spotless and super comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again when next visiting Miami.

The food at the Elser could have been better. It's a bit pricey also.

I liked the location and the view of the city's basketball coliseum. The energy is great at the Elser and the facility is very clean. The overview of the water is awesome also.
