The room we were in, King size, was not that big. For the price we definitely expected a bigger room but it was clean and modern.

Only area for improvement is help getting taxis or car services for guests. Out of town visitors will be surprised to be 100% reliant on Lyft or Uber.

I'm not a fan of interior room decor (sort of 60's/70's with touch of Alice in Wonderland - overly large chair!) but room was renovated, comfortable, with good lighting and nice windows. Public spaces very nice.

Good location; free street parking that was safe. Great breakfasts. Near some nice looking restaurants but we were there Sunday and Monday nights, so many closed. Drove elsewhere with no difficulty for good dinner out.

Valet parking is expensive and their marquee Rooftop bar doesn't open until 4 pm.

1. Booking.com booked me a king bed, but they only had queen beds when I arrived. The manager fixed it quickly to my satisfaction. 2. Drag racing downtown kept us awake. 3. Parking for our guests was non-existent.

They have a wood fired pizza place in the rooftop bar that wasnt even open on a Sat. night because of staffing issues. Second, I paid extra for a room with a city view. The room consisted of 2 windows, 1 of which you couldn't even see out of. (See pic) and Valet only for parking.

Hotel is beautiful from the architecture to the decor inside. Comfortable. Clean. Staff very nice.

You also need to put a sign out front that is more than E kept going around block until just stopped next door and asked where you were.

Breakfast was rather interesting. Staff was not knowing where lights were and not set up for service when we arrived. Late to get it together other wise food was good. Suggest staff comes in 20 minutes sooner and know what their job is.

Our bathroom toilet paper holder kept falling off .... bathrooms could have been a bit tidier upon check in. It would be beneficial for mirror in the bathroom area to have a light fixture above the mirror, this will add more light during daily grooming.

The ambiance in the hotel is very nice, the colors and decor were quite inviting (love the decor). The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The beds and pillows were super comfy.

No privacy when stepping out of shower, I would like to have a door to the bathroom area. The lighting in the vanity area was horrific. Bed pillows were not too good

No breakfast offered, only if you use dining room. I paid $400.00 a night I expected at least a continental breakfast or a voucher for dining room for breakfast

Disappointed they did not provide individual toiletries, e.g face and body soaps, hand cream, shampoo & conditioner. We had to request toilet paper, drinking glasses, ice bucket and ice, and coffee pods with creamers. All of these items should have been automatically provided, like other upscale hotels.

The Hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. Speaking from my own experience, overall it was a great place to stay.

The only thing that I did not much care for was the lighting in the vanity area.

Facility was very located for walking distance of restaurants and other attractions. All staff members were very polite and accommodating.

The roof top bar is beautiful but the service and food was severely underwhelming. Very high prices for food thrown together and undercooked. The bar didn’t work like a bar, to order you have to stand in line and only order at one kiosk. There used to be waitresses and multiple bartenders. Just really sad to have such an awesome location be so disappointing.

The rooftop bar is awesome but closes at 9:00 on Sunday night which is too early.
