The restaurant, absolutely the best food. Everything I ordered was like a 5 star restaurant. The restaurant staff were amazing. How clean everything was in my room. Completely water bottles in the room replaced daily at no charge. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The windows in the room were big, it was nice and bright. The outside gardens absolutely beautiful and welcoming. The wifi.

United StatesThe breakfast is delicious—but that room has no windows. After arrival, there was also no opportunity to purchase a discounted breakfast price, even multiple days in advance. Why would a new guest be accommodated but not a guest staying for a week? Wouldn’t a discounted one-/two-day advance purchase help with supply planning?
Very comfortable bed and linens. Delicious on-site bar/restaurant and walking trail behind the hotel. Very nice pool, gym, and hot tub.

From the moment we checked in the hotel staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly, polite and accommodating. They went over and above.

Most were friendly but when I brought up that housekeeping missed a scheduled visit, I was told separately by both staff that I must have had do not disturb out - I did not. Then I was told every other day service, which I knew, and they missed a scheduled day. We arrived 9/30 and all was well until the last Sunday. Whatever happened to ‘the customer is always right?’ I had to insist on the promised service. We were out of TP with no spare roll!

United StatesThe reason for a 9 was we were not notified before our stay that the water would be shut off for up to 6 hours. But they made up for the inconvenience with free breakfast and night. They really went out of the way to keep us at the hotel. I respect how they took care of us.
