You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

FranceHad a room at 3rd floor, the view isn’t good at all. Ice machine was a bit loud At 10am I could hear from my room a washing machine for a while
My flight got delayed, arrived at the hotel late night and Jeena made sure to get me a bed even if the system cancelled the reservation considering a no show. 5* to overnight staff as well. Room is comfy, clean and have all recent devices so we can enjoy a good stay. Free wifi - amenities are from good quality Design is cool, new and rooms are made with durable material

The restaurant downstairs and the roof top bar were exceptional. Some of the best food and drinks we’ve had since moving to detroit. Staff were very attentive. The room was very clean. Overall a fantastic stay.

United States of AmericaHotel management! I received a phone message at 3:43 pm and 3:58 pm informing me that even though my reservation was confirmed, via another app, it would be cancelled at 4pm. The reason given by Ms. Kelli is Check-In started at 3pm and by 3:30 I failed to appear for my confirmed reservation. Due to that my reservation would be cancelled within the hour. As I was traveling from another state and by airplane, I didn’t receive the message in time. When I received both messages, my reservation was cancelled and I was charged a different amount upon Check-In. Also, Ms. Kelli Nelson was dismissive, disrespectful, and argumentative during the exchange. She lack professionalism and compassion for someone traveling from out of town to the establishment. Overall, I was disappointed with the service, attitude, and interaction with staff during my stay. As part of a much larger group, (wedding) I wish I could recommend this hotel in the future to other family members or friends but I will decline to do so, and I will also make a more public post about my disappointment and dissatisfaction with this particular hotel chain.

United States of AmericaI’m under the impression the hotel is still doing work as it’s new, but the room I stayed in was quite dusty, for a room they know is being used the headboards, and even the handles on the bathroom sink were very dusty. The shower head did not give off a lot of pressure. Also there are a lot of light switches and that took some time to get used to. We stayed in a room just above the valet parking and it was really loud with someone blasting their music at 2am.
The staff was friendly, the hotel is new so everything is updated and nice. I liked that they supplied full bottles of shampoos and body wash in the bathroom(although they should be checked more for if they are full. )
