A pretty typical downtown mid-priced US hotel - modern, clean and spacious. The lobby was very impressive being large, bright and very chicly decorated. Our bedroom was a good size, with a large comfortable bed and was bright and clean if rather blandly and plainly decorated (the photos show a nicer decorated room than we had). The bathroom was large and modern. Breakfast was extra and we had it on the first day but it was expensive and small, so we went to a nearby cafe the next day which had better range, price and quantity of food. The hotel was an easy walk into town (a few minutes) and had a good supermarket close by. The value for money overall wasn't bad. The parking wasn't a bad price for the convenience although the entrance wasn't that clear and we had to ask reception where it was (if you miss it there is a long one way system to go around again).

Getting picky but feel like a lot of the carpets, drapes, nooks and crannies in the bathroom were pretty dingy/dated and could use some fine tuning. Also felt the toiletries could’ve been much better for the level the rest of the premises offered.

Location was amazing. Views were great. Full gym and pool were outstanding. Beds and room comfy and clean. Pretty standard room, nothing special. The staff was exceptional. Parking garage on premise was such a bonus. Will stay here again.

We had to wait quite a while for the elevators this visit. This is not the norm, but since construction is going on, this might have been the reason.

They were doing construction and granted they warned us of the noise. That was literally the only downfall about our stay. The construction made the balcony area where they have fire places closed, and we were really looking forward to that, but again, they did warn us about the construction.

It was very clean and the views were amazing. We celebrated our anniversary and they made it extra special.

Super minor, but elevators are a little slow.

Great location in downtown Boise. Rooms are extremely comfortable and in really good shape, Hotel very communicative and staff were very helpful and friendly.

More hooks to hang wet towels in bathroom and a hand held shower.

Housekeeping were great. Shuttle drivers to and from the airport were lovely. Waiter in restaurant was very attentive and friendly. Front desk assisted my son wonderfully in retrieving a gift he accidentally left in his room upon leaving. They took the time to search for the earrings and found them.

I asked for an extra bed and got a crib. The 10 year old boy can't fit in a crib. 😬. I didn't say crib. In the end, the bed was crowded.

The hotel is in a prime location to reach so many downtown attractions and restaurants. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from the airport and is a great service when you do not need to rent a car.

Picked the location for an event and it was perfect. Also close to a favorite restaurant. It snowed while we were there and staff removed it in a timely manner.
