Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaNot a whole lot of amenities. It felt more like showroom for 1-2 bedroom apartments. A bit to sanitary and not very "cozy". Check out is also at 10am, but you could ask for it to be a bit later.
The property was a 3 minute walk from the main street in Andersonville. If you've never been, it's such a treat. Great restaurants, dessert shops, bakeries, coffee shops, bars and theaters. Magic Lounge and Infinite Wrench both are within 10 minutes of here.

United States of AmericaThe washer was moldy. The way they have the washer set up forces the washer door closed. HE washers are great but notorious for mold and foul oder, especially if the washer door is closed. On the plus side free detergent, but could not used the cloths we washed because of the moldy oder. The bathroom floor and shower floor was dangerously slippery! Was actially like iceskating. Cost of the room was a very expensive given its location from downtown and the issues above. So fix a couple things like slippery floors and moldy laundry and add a great pillowtop mattress or lower your price. Just short of being a 10+/10.
Loved the area, hotel staff were very nice and the room was spotless. Beds were very good, a bit on the hard side which in my opinion is better than being soft and saggy, but the bed could have used a topper. Especially for the price a firm plush bed would be better. A ton of options for delicious food and fun stores close by and public transit was easy. Parking was covered and easy to use but $70+ for 33 hours of use is a bit much. Plenty of closet space and a full sized HE washer and dryer!

United States of AmericaRoom was noisy. It’s a small hotel so not lots of comings and goings from other guests, but I could hear conversations in the hall outside my door and other door shutting. I could also hear lots of jets flying overhead.
Good local coffee provided in room along with real cream and full size coffee pot. Full size frig and freezer in kitchen. Nice washer and dryer. Nice Nescafé machine in lobby. Nice peloton bike in exercise room and yoga mats. The Andersonville neighborhood is great - lots of restaurants and fun streets to walk through.

United States of AmericaThe fixtures are like that of a lux apartment - but the building of the space is what fell apart for us. They cheaped out on the insulation and sound proofing. 6am someone was running a freaking marathon next door to us for FOUR HOURS until we left. Screaming children and then one of them would fall over or start fighting and crying. One of them literally dropped something very large on the floor. It sounded like there was a heard of children just running amok with no parents, like the parents left them there to destroy the room. Apparently there are quiet hours in the building. We eventually called to report all of the screaming and running. NOTHING HAPPENED. I later approached a receptionist about it who told me that they "texted the guest". These rooms aint cheap, at least several hundred dollars a night just to be woken up at 6am by uncontrolled screaming children and management ain't gonna do jack to help you??? Don't take your younglings on trips. They don't want to go, they cant appreciate it, and it's just a bad time for everyone else. Spend the same amount of money on a Disney cruise. The only major walkable attractions in the area are the graceland cemetary and possibly the beach - but that's above a mile walk one way. To get to real major attractions or the airport you'll have to take an hour uber or public transportation in traffic. Don't take an uber to the airport though, it's all traffic all the time - the bus is honestly faster (and cheaper). I'd really appreciate if they had roku's or firesticks on their tv's so that I could log into my streaming services.
I'd recommend the restaurant next door. It attracts weirdos but the food is good. They pay for decent tv service, if you watch a major network channel you'll probably be good. It's not a full kitchen with a stove, but it has everything else if you want to save money on food. It was well furnished. The bed was comfortable, unless you like firm mattresses it was the opposite of firm. You can pay for food like chips and treats that are in the room or in the lobby. The receptionists were very nice and knew a lot of things about the city. They let us borrow some umbrellas while it was raining. They also work 24/7 but they don't sell alcohol after midnight. They also offer some creature comforts. There is an outdoor grill on the patio but I'm not sure if they have charcoal/gas to use with the grill.

United States of AmericaRoom 204 is the noisiest room I have ever stayed in. It is directly over the back door that everyone who has a car must go through to get to the garages. That door slammed all day starting very early and ending very late. With an occasional slam in the middle of the night. It was jarring! You wake up to a slam then you lay there waiting for the next slam then finally dose off and BAM! there's the slam. Very very disturbing. Then to add to the noise, the alarm clock on the side table went off sometime after midnight!!!! Aargh!!
The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable.

United States of AmericaI was told I was given an ‘upgrade’, but unfortunately this meant I had to stare at the back alley. The ‘upgrade’ seemed like a downgrade, given the much better view of Clark. Also, I’ve rented whole (renovated) apartments in Andersonville for much less money. Once owners start to re-list via VRBO, Airbnb, etc. post-COVID, it’s hard to imagine I’d book the Guesthouse again.
Great location. Great updates suite.
