Incorrect instructions to lock the door. Exterior decking needed a sweep and more welcoming feel. Welcome instructions included access code for gym, no signage for gym.

It was quite hot in the room because the air was off when we got there, and it took a while to cool down. Could have used an iron/ironing board, coffee, and courtesy water.

The room could've had a microwave based off pictures we thought it would. We would of liked maybe some activities to do. We would have liked to sit outside in the gazebo if it was fixed up a bit it was like tools left dirty doesn't look like it gets used at all

Wished the the curtians to the down stairs coverd a little better . But other then that it was a great time . Maybe some more towels in room like for the hot tub besides the shower towels and bath towels

If I have to nitpick, I noticed a slight musty smell upon entry, although we got used to it quickly and I can't say it really detracted from the stay. The view is beautiful when you go out on the very big deck, but unfortunately from the living room --which has big glass doors -- it's somewhat obstructed by the hot tub, which is on a platform and surrounded by a wooden enclosure. That seems less an issue with the neighboring unit. The living room design is a bit odd - the fireplace is sort of off to one side and none of the furniture faces it (not an issue in August, but in winter, it might be) and there's a weird loft in the room. (Again, being nitpicky - the space is very attractive and comfortable overall). Also, there is some sound bleed from other units - you can hear doors open and close, talking, etc. - but the neighboring guests weren't noisy so it didn't bother us. I can imagine for noise-sensitive people it could be an issue. Finally, the instructions on using the keypad to lock and unlock the door were not accurate, and the keypad was glitchy, although we figured it out with some trial and error. I'd go back but would try a different building or unit next time.

We were in the Washington Suite in Windham. Beautiful location with a lovely mountain view, up a short dirt road away from other resorts with a nice, secluded feel but only a five-minute drive into town. The unit was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a nice living area, full kitchen, dining area and large outdoor deck with a hot tub. It was modern with a rustic feel. The beds were big and comfortable, there were two very nice bathrooms (one ensuite) with good water pressure, and the towels were big and soft. Immediately after booking, I got a very detailed email on finding the property along with check-in, checkout, and wifi instructions. I spoke with a customer service agent a couple of times on minor matters involving checkout after we left, and he couldn't have been friendlier or more professional. Good wifi connection, although very spotty cell service.

The only thing I’d say is the hot water pressure in my room was awful. Barely enough pressure to rinse soap off. The bathroom was cold as it was a European style no shower curtain, no door open standing shower. The lack of hot water pressure and the cold from the AC made showering awful. The property itself is obviously very dated on the outside and could use some refreshing. Seemed like they may have been working on the room above mine when I was there . Also Interior of the room was another adjoining room via a locked door that could be occupied by someone else and that really felt like your privacy could be minimal if someone was staying in the room that shared this locked door.

Perfect location to visit an old area family used to live. Secluded and easy to get to. Very quiet. The staff were super responsive after a couple things I needed their attention to.

A perfect mountain escape — even for just one night! We only stayed one night in this beautiful glass cabin, but it was enough to completely recharge. The design is stunning — modern, full of natural light, and incredibly cozy. Everything feels high-end and thoughtfully chosen. The hot tub right next to the house was the highlight. Soaking in warm water under the open sky, surrounded by silence and nature — it was pure magic. Even though it was a short stay, the peace and quiet made it feel like time slowed down. No noise, no stress — just fresh mountain air and stillness. Highly recommended for a quick getaway. We’d love to come back and stay longer next time!

Cozy apartment but the jacuzzi wasn’t working. $900 for one single night and the jacuzzi doesn’t work? We filled the bathtub and the water was literally brown/gray. I asked for assistance and they told me they were gonna send someone the day after (like I said, we only booked one night so it wouldn’t be helpful for us). No discount offered, no a particular kindness to make it up to us. They told us we could use another jacuzzi that was outdoor but it was way too cold for us to do it, on a January night. I repeat, $900 for one night. We actually chose them BECAUSE of the jacuzzi. So, the apartment is definitely cozy, but was it worth it? No

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, particularly regarding the promised amenities and the quality of service. 1. Non-Functional Sauna and Jacuzzi: • You specifically chose this hotel for its sauna and jacuzzi; however, upon arrival, you found that the sauna was out of order. • The hotel management was aware of this issue but failed to inform you in advance, indicating a clear lack of integrity. • When you requested a refund or an alternative solution, you were met with complete indifference and a refusal to refund your money. 2. Deplorable Jacuzzi Condition: • On the first day, the water in the jacuzzi had such an unpleasant odor that using it was impossible, leading to deep disappointment and a sense of being deceived. • The smell dissipated only after the water was replaced, but the initial impression was irreparably ruined. 3. Utter Indifference from Management: • The hotel management exhibited absolute apathy towards your concerns, taking no steps to improve the situation or offer compensation for the inconveniences. • Such behavior gives the impression that the hotel is engaging in outright fraud, misleading guests about the services provided. 4. Lack of Privacy: • The curtains on the large windows were too small to fully cover them, allowing outsiders to see inside. • This created a sense of insecurity and lack of privacy, especially considering that anyone could access the second floor without your knowledge. 5. Discrepancy with Advertised Standards: • The photos and descriptions on the hotel’s website do not match reality, misleading guests and constituting blatant deception. • You paid a substantial amount ($3,000 for 3 days) for services that were not provided, which is unacceptable. Conclusion: • This hotel exemplifies unscrupulous business practices, where management deliberately deceives guests, fails to deliver promised services, and takes no responsibility for the quality of service. • You strongly advise again

The Room was dark and musty, no view, no outdoor area.

Its close to Windham Mountain that is the only plus. Check in was easy, more like airbnb.

No utensils for fireplace. No blow dryer. No dish soap. No body wash. Full size window by door should be covered. No extra linens. Bath towels too small. Should have small table for dinner. When in hot tub upstairs, tenants can look down at you, No privacy. Neighbors. Too loud.

The secludedness. Overall apartment was good.
