Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe had to wait over an hour for one of our rooms to be ready and there were some stained bedding, but hotel staff replaced them upon request.
The decor/ambiance was very nice and felt like I was in the city even though the area was far from that. Location was directly across from Radford Univ so that is a plus as well for anyone who needs it.

Cost... too expensive for what it is. No proper door on the bathroom. Breakfast isn't actually included - you get a room credit which doesn't cover the cost of breakfast for two.

Late check-ins would require coordination as the outer door locks down after 10 pm. The staff is great, and the “Jennifer” latte (lavender honey) from the ground floor cafe is delicious.

United StatesThe restaurant was nice but I wish they had some less “exotic” type meals . They have basic chicken fingers and burger but everything else is a spin on a basic plate . Some times you just want pasta with a marinara sauce ( that is in the kids menu but not adults ) also no pool .
This was a fantastic hotel . Very nice rooms and staff . They have a restaurant on site as well as breakfast. You do have to pay for the breakfast as it’s not included in the room price .
