Great location outside Tropic close to Bryce Canyon with terrific views. Spotless apartment clearly lovingly looked after by the owners who live on the floor above the apartment. Well provided with all needed to cook with lots of extras provided. And was special to see the house through our binoculars from Bryce Point in the National Park.

The property was clean, spacious and most of all, the owners thought of everything that would make a guest’s stay comfortable and convenient. I would definitely look to stay here again if we are in the area to explore Bryce Canyon and beyond.

Although the location is great for easy access to Bryce (& other parks in the area), it was a bit remote/out of the way from the town of Tropic. It didn't bother us as we were prepared with take-out food, but just something to be aware of. I believe it was clear in the description of the place. And again, it was a nice, clean, great place to spend some time with friends.

The host (Jennifer) gave us a warm welcome in person and offered ideas, suggestions and any supplies we needed. it is obvious that the host(s) put a lot of love and energy into the place. Lots of very nice touches, such as specialty teas and coffees. Full and very clear directions were sent prior to arriving, which was very helpful.

Great appartment with all you need during a road trip. Very friendly and efficient host. Our family spent 2 days at Bryce Vista, but it is definitely suitable also for longer stays.

Fantastic location near a ranch in Tropic, about 10 min. away from Bryce National Park. Very convenient to visit nearby areas in Bryce National Park and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. The hosts contacted us via phone messaging to make sure we knew how to find the place. We arrived in the evening; after texting them, they came out with flash light to direct us to parking and entrance to the house. We had the entire first floor of the house: large living room with full kitchen (just like home with every utensils and oven plus microwave), two twin beds in the living room area, one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, bathroom with super strong and hot shower, large closet. We did not use the TV but it has Netflix, etc. per remote. Wifi is very fast. The house is very well insulated so the temperature stays constant with the thermostat. It is super clean and has all the amenities - the hosts are very thoughtful about what guests need during travel. Overall a fantastic place.

While we were driving earlier in the day, it looked like there was a forest fire on the horizon, though it was hard to tell how far away it was. We were hoping to get some info from the late night news, but it wasn’t clear how to tune the TV to the local news through the YouTube service set up for it.

Bryce Vistas is easy to find when driving north through Tropic and following the directions provided in the confirmation email. (This was the approach we took, though I’d expect similar results if coming from the other way.) Jennifer was there to graciously welcome my friend and I upon our arrival late evening, and she gave us a quick overview of the apartment and the nearby amenities in Tropic that were still open. (We ultimately went back to the Sinclair convenience store and picked up sandwiches, snacks, and beverages in preparation for our visit to Bryce Canyon the next morning.) The apartment has a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and a lounge area with a TV. There’s a queen bed in the bedroom, and a couple twin beds adjacent the kitchen area. The bathroom can be accessed by either the bedroom or living room sides. It’s well laid out, clean, quiet, and comfortable, and there are hummingbirds that visit the feeder on the patio in the morning. Overall, a solid value. If we ever find ourselves in the area again looking for a place to stay, this would be it!
