Unusable couch and uncomfortable chair - staff should come and sit on them. Desperately need replacement Lack of bathroom amenities -basic toiletries were missing; we eventually found large bottles stored in the bathroom closet, leaving us uncertain whether staff forgot to set them up or if guests were expected to use them as-is Poor communication -the check-in code was only provided on the day of arrival, delaying resolution of arrival-related issues. Travel delays, especially by air, are common, making timely communication even more critical

Being along Main Street does have some drawbacks. The weekend night life is loud, and parking was challenging since the street was usually full.

Beautiful apartment overlooking Main Street. Unique decor fits the historic vibe. Very comfortable bed.

The restaurant across the street plays there music LOUD Thursday thru the weekend until 1 am. Bring good earplugs if you want any sleep

When we initially arrived, we thought parking was around back, in the alley. A kind gentleman understood the mix up and allowed us to pass through the gate on the side of the building. I may have missed parking in the instructions, but we are familiar to the area and assumed it was around back.

The location is fantastic!! The decor and chandelier were a nice touch.

The sofa's lack of comfort was noticeable—a softer one would have been wonderful. Adding a few throws to snuggle up with would have been a nice touch.

We enjoyed the ambiance of the loft—it felt secure and snug. The finishes were impressive to both touch and sight. There were ample supplies, including a coffee machine and filter cartridge, allowing me to brew my own coffee that I brought along.

Parking was an issue due to an event going on all weekend. They had the street blocked off where we were staying. We had to park a few blocks away in a parking garage.

Great property and great location. Very comfortable and cozy.

Asked for early entry many weeks in advance, that was a struggle to the end. Apartment had no electricity thru-out most of the apartment. Event hough we finally got in early, we had to share the place with a contractor to make the electric work. After all that, the place was good. However nightlife on the streets went past 1:30am. Very noisy until that time, day and night time.

We stayed 7 nights and 2nd night in power kept going off which also included the AC making impossible for someone to sleep due to the need of a sleep apnea machine. We picked this property because of the Kitchen since my spouse is diabetic as we need a fridge for the insulin to keep cool. The fridge froze all the medication along with our food, destroyed a value of over $450.00. The property needs an update on their electricity if they're unable to power a AC unit, TV and a sleep apnea machine at the same time. As a result I have received a refund for $100.00 for my suffering.

The sofa in the living room was almost impossible to use it was sooo uncomfortable! The floor was actually more comfortable than the sofa. After a long day of walking, etc it would have been nice to have a cozy, soft place to land. Location was awesome and Main St is charming.
