It was the perfect spot for a one night stop so we could utilize day facilities at Garner! Very nice and clean property with very accommodating staff!

We appreciated the flexibility of upgrading to a bigger room due to a last-minute change in the number of people traveling. Location was within traveling distance to GSP. They had plenty of entertainment for guests between the pool and the music activities. We would 10/10 recommend.

Noticed you had to shower late night to get hot water. Absolutely no hot water in mornings.

Cute little area, queen studio room perfect for a single or couple. Bed was comfortable. Our family stayed about 7mi from us, and there's no service but this area! So if you need to have service during your stay this is your best option.

Bathroom in room could use some updating. Would also prefer more bedding as we only had a bed spread with no top sheet. But, I'm sure we could have requested that. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Need to keep the bar open on the weekend, not just Friday night.

I did not use a boat/ferry to get there, what a dumb question. We rode there on our Harley. One thing though, the bar should have been open on Saturday night. We went Friday night, and it was walking distance. Had a really good time on Friday night. Peace.......out!

2 separate beds would have been nice.

Location was perfect for our overnight stay. Walking distance to dining, convenient to the local gasoline station and perfect transition point for our final leg of travel destination, San Antonio

All was good, but the floors were dirty and needed swept and mopped. Also, there was white stuff falling all over the beds and pillows. Not sure if it was insulation from the ceiling 🤔 Pool could also have been cleaner. All in all, we were pleased with our stay and will visit again 😀

Great family run establishment. I had the one-bedroom cabin which was a delight. I'm just sorry that I wasn't there the days the bar portion of the motel was open. Dallas was super friendly to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

It would be nice if when booking through booking.com there would be a flag or alert when the Back Porch bar/grill is closed or when inclement weather is affecting the entertainment (karaoke/bands). Best to call the inn before booking to make sure bar/grill is open and entertainment still happening, especially during winter months. Otherwise, there's nearly NOTHING to do in town.

Beautiful drive from Bandera to Leakey on 337. The upgrades to the landscaping were really nice. We love staying in the original historical wing of rooms.

Quiet, cool stone walls, everything worked. Contactless check in worked fine. Property with pool and cabins looked nice. WiFi worked fine.

The rooms were very small and the furniture was really old. There were two bar stools to sit on but a comfortable soft chair would have been nice.

The town of Leakey is very small with a population of around 315. There is very limited resources for dining. The Inn does not offer breakfast but does have lunch and dinner service.

The home-cooked dinner was excellent along with the service. My only disappointment was that I was unable to open the gate for the pool. This was not of great concern to me.

The windows needed curtains. Walls are paper thin can hear all neighbors. The parking was awful.

The TV was tiny, like a 24" on the far wall. The toilet valve needed replacing, it cycled water continuously. The room was right next to their outdoor event area, if it had been on a weekend, the live music venue would have been very disruptive. The room also didn't have a hair dryer. Don't remember if it had a microwave, don't remember seeing one.

If there was a breakfast, we were unaware of it. Parking was good. The room was quiet with very little outside disturbance.

The bed was 4 dense foam pads stacked together. They were incredibly stiff. Not very comfortable at all. The floors were very dirty on arrival as well. The window unit wasn’t running prior to arrival so when walking in it was incredibly hot. It took several hours to cool the room down.
