The main desk isn't staffed for quite a few hours. There's a number to call if you have a problem, and we didn't have any, but that might be an issue for others.

The bed is really comfortable and the location on Warren St, with many shops and restaurants, couldn't be more convenient. Parking in the back is free. This was our second stay, and we'll come again.

Honestly, I loved everything!

Location is perfect, central to all that is to be enjoyed about downtown Hudson. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and my room was awesome!

Sunrise light was beautiful in the morning but the curtain did not keep room dark.

I liked the higher quality room furnishings such as the wood furniture and fireplace in the room and shower fixture in the bathroom.

Outstanding comfort and a wonderfully helpful and kind staff. During a heat wave, the HVAC went down and the staff bought window ACs and installed them quickly in all the rooms, making our stay so much better. Can't thank them enough.

The only suggestion we had was maybe a small breakfast in the mornings, but it was appreciated to have snacks for sale in the room

This was such a lovely stay, we were so impressed with the styling of the entire place. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and the showers were awesome. I also greatly appreciated that they had a small gym. You never find gyms in a place like this and having a place to be able to go and stretch after a long day was fantastic.

We would suggest one more small shelf in the bathroom, for toiletry items. Things like toothbrushes, and small bottles that a couple would travel with take up more space than just the sink. Otherwise it was all lovely.

The room was so comfortable and pretty. The staff was extremely helpful with things like restaurant recommendations, and answered questions or requests immediately. The amenities in the room were lovely. The shower was quite amazing! Even in a relatively compact space, the room felt warm and inviting. The location could not have been better in terms of access to the rest of town, which we were able to explore on foot. Also, we should mention how excellent the housekeeping was.

Wish the hotel had better bedding and pillows, I would have given a much better rating. the neighborhood is still in the rebuilding stage, stores only open on weekend. A little scary when visiting midweek. The street was deserted after 7pm!

The hotel was well located, on the high street. The room were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful.
