We were not told of the rule about housekeeping that if you stay for more than one night and you’re not out of your room by 2pm you don’t get housekeeping completed. We called down to the front desk after our first day and were told of this then and they sent a maintenance worker to our room with new towels and to change our trash.

Quaint and quiet and great location. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast with a good selection and lots of tables to sit at. Rooms spacious and comfortable.

The chair with the wheels on the vinyl flooring kicked out and my wife hurt her lower back around her coccyx bone she is still hurting today April 19 and she fell Monday morning. The chair almost did the same to me Sunday night.Hope you can solve the problem I put the blanket under the wheels so it would not roll.I report it to the front desk and they filled out a report no action was taken at that time. Hope you can solve the the problem before someone else gets hurt. Ron Ruffner

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Room was a nice size. AC worked perfect. I had to wash my son’s uniform since he was playing two consecutive days and the laundry room was clean. Best part… the entire hotel smelled amazing!

Part of our choosing a mountain area vacation was for a nice view from the balcony. I was hoping for a view of at least the apple orchard side but knew that there was no guarantee. Upon check in I asked if the room (Room 311) had a view and was told it was of the fire pit. In hindsight, I should have specified a view from the balcony but I was thinking that is where one would normally look to enjoy a view. I thought okay that will be pleasant. We got to the room and the view from the window beside the bed was of the fire pit. However, the view from the chairs on the balcony was of the rooftop of the Inn. Standing you could see and hear the busy noisy parkway. That was disappointing. But everything else was was good. The breakfast was the standard breakfast type foods and set ups. I would suggest getting to the breakfast buffet early as it gets crowded and difficult to find a table. We did not use the indoor pool but seemed to be a popular place for kids if you go as a family. Our room was a Superior King with the spa tub and the spa tub was awesome!

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was very clean. The Inn was easy to get in and out of the parking lot.
