The Price. The Price As nice as the place is with regards to location/ and room lake views, my wife and I are not convinced it's a $500/night stay.

The location is right on the lake. Our room had a wonderful view of the lake from our 2 seat balcony which we sat on. The room size was decent with a small sitting area / in from of the fireplace and TV.

Room wasn’t very clean. Stains on carpet, musty smell, cobwebs in window corners. The facilities need updating like pool area, docks and overall resort aesthetics aren’t what they used to be. Care for the facility was not evident for example: ice bucket was left in the dock for three days as well as moldy soup. Wine glasses, and various items were left in hallways, dirty towels on docks and goose poop throughout the resort grounds.

The room was dated, the balcony was very small. The public bathrooms by tge hotel shops in Palmer were disgusting.

Location was great. I'm not a big shopper, but my girlfriend is. She I'd likevto show you something. We went to.the hallway and there was a little mall. Wow. She loved it...I really didn't mind it.close to the shed restaurant which was very good.

For $250/night, the room was really outdated and the building had nowhere to fill up my water bottle. I’ve machine had mold in it. I think the hair dryer in the room was older than I am.

Seating at Lake House without a reservation was not good. I was told there was a pool at Chase House but when we checked in they told us it was in building next to us. I did enjoy pool but it was old and could have been cleaner. We would have preferred a room in the middle of the 3rd floor instead of at end of corridor. Street noise was loud during the day and it was motor cycle week!! AC was noisy.

Liked you could walk to town easily and by the Lake. Food at Lake House was good. Easy walk to pool and not crowded. Room was spacious and clean.

There was a used bandaid stuck to the shelf in the shower and a piece of a fake fingernail on the floor as well as little pieces of white, hard stuff that I stepped on and it hurt!

The lack or erratic room service. We stayed 5 days and our room was never cleaned. I understand that we just need to ask, but after 3 days we expected to happen by itself. Anyway, we managed it. The place is great.

The hotel is beautiful, very good room, amazing view, very well located. And close to a nice sky resort. We will go back. The staff is very polite and always willing to help.

The hotel has several properties and no staff based in the building we were located in. We didn’t immediately locate the separate property where we needed to check in. Signage could be improved.

A lovely room with a comfortable bed and a seating area with TV. The balcony was a bonus with a great view of the lake. We enjoyed eating in the Italian restaurant downstairs.
