Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LebanonUr site does not reflect the exact price of valet parking. It should be clearer that there is a day rate then they tag on the night rate for a total of approx 60$. It is misrepresented on ur site. I had forgotten my ipad in the room at checkout. I am trying to get it mailed to me . Is it reasonable to ask for the serial number of a 3 year old ipad? After matching my name , email and card paid with to check out as well as date it was lost, isn't it enough to prove it is my ipad?
